Excellent happy hour. Very good waiter. Food was delicious. Unfortunately as more people showed up became quite noisy. It might be because we were up higher and that might be considered the bar area
Once again, a wonderful night at Tavern 23. Our dinners were wonderful, Kung Pao Chicken and salmon salad, it was a quieter night because it was Labor Day Weekend so the evening was wonderfully calm and enjoyable. We will return!
The portions are small but tasty.
