I see a few Karen's and Ken's in the reviews littering hate. People I saw were great, professional and friendly. They get paid hardly anything so you will run into a bad apple every once in awhile. Pay them more and you'll get better employees.
Yeaaa the other reviews knocking this place are pretty honest. I was there 20 minutes before close and they had already locked the door haha.. There was a teen there on my last visit, and he fit the description that other reviews have given: pretty indifferent about his job, and not very courteous. Definitely not the brightest subway to go to : ^ )
