Tina was amazing the very first time we came to this location, her energy fills the room and makes you want to come back ! The other employees have great attitudes and awesome customer service. Smoothies are always made to perfection, otherwise Tina and her crew have no problem fixing mistakes and compromising .
10/10 highly recommend this location ;

Tina is amazing and very personable. My daughter and I have been there many times, our favorite thing to getnwhen walking the lake. Tina remembers us and talks to us. It helps pass the time while making the smoothies. The smoothies are great, the service is amazing. One of my favorite jambas to go to.
Leaving another review!!! Genuinely amazing staff everyone is super sweet. Every time I go in they feel so personal in the best way and it feels like their family I love it!!!

Some customers have experienced issues with rudeness from staff, specifically an employee named Kerry, who was unhelpful and hung up the phone on a customer. On the other hand, Athena, another employee, was praised for her patience, helpfulness, and friendly demeanor towards customers, even during closing time. The cleanliness of the ordering area has been a concern for some reviewers. The working area where the drinks are prepared, however, was noted to be clean. The restaurant's music playlist received positive feedback.
