“great atmosphere for watching sports, great mix of music and awesome staff! we had Sasha as our server and she was very attentive, helpful, and so welcoming! We were looking for somewhere to watch the first half of Sunday football while eating time to go to the airport and this was the perfect spot!“

“A really good coincidence to come to Minneapolis for work and have the chance to try a place that was high on my bucket list of North America places to dine at. We will get to the food, that on its own deserves a visit, but takes a place to history and the philosophy of this restaurant, created as a full-service Indigenous restaurants that cooks only with decolonized ingredients - an amazing concept, a delicious experience, but above all a reminder these are occupied lands, with a year of abuse and destruction. As such, incredibly humbling to dine here, and an essential history lesson. The setting is beautiful, overlooking the Mississippi, and the food worth all the hype, and also a lesson on how creative and tasty you can be without wheat flour, cane sugar, or dairy, as examples of staples we constantly use and feel we couldn't live without. Started with the corn chowder, delicious with hints of honey. Then had the elk taco, the highlight of the meal, followed by the very good tartare as well. Finished with the squash custard, prepared with bison fat caramel, and also excellent. Multiple beverage pairings but I highly recommend the different teas.“

“Been to several specialty dinners as well as regular nights out. The staff are outstanding and from the water server all the way to the General Manager are friendly and always willing to go to the next level of service for you. Custom meats, hearty cocktails you want it they've got it.“

“I have a ton of food intolerances (nothing anaphylactic) and I rarely eat at restaurants because of it. I was so impressed with their willingness to help me find a meal I could eat! The manager himself stopped by to make sure they had the list of allergies correct before they placed the order. It was one of the best salads I've ever had! “Hands down one of my favorite new restaurants of 2024 so far. Service was amazing (they clear your plates and utensils between every course), and every dish my group ordered was amazing. I was a huge fan of the pork chop, smoked eel, and I still dream of the octopus bolognese. It is a bit of a pricier spot, but totally worth it (I'm already thinking about when I'd come back for the bolognese). It's a little small inside since it took over the old Revival on Nicollet, but I love the moody vibes.“

“Had a wonderful dinner date here on a Wednesday night. It was still a very busy night for the resturant, meaning there were some tables that were spaced inches apart in the main area and making it loud enough that conversation was occasionally difficult to hear.The food though, was wonderful. We started with a couple of cocktails, the Mamakuna and La Clandestina, both of them were tasty, being fruity and light, in their respective ways. The first food we got was the masa & guacamole along with the corn elote, which go together in a fun mix-n-match way. For mains, we got chicken tinga tostadas and the seared scallops. The chicken tinga was a lot of savory deliciousness without being to heavy and the seared scallops were full of vibrant flavors, and surprisingly spicy with the salsa macha. And of course, we got the churros for dessert. They were fun and tasty, with the dulce de leche and sweetend cream, I definetly favored the cream, but I'm less of a sugar person.I would love to go again, but I think I will wait until the patio is open to get some more elbow room and bring down the noise level.Parking: The parking lot is very small, fewer than a dozen spots. There is plenty of street parking, but it's a busy area.Wheelchair accessibility: There is no curb on entry. The entranceway is pretty tight, it's got a straight hall to the left inside the front door, straight to the front desk. To get into the seating area is a right turn from facing the desk.In the seating area, there is very little room between tables, to the point where some of the tables are literally inches apart.There is a wide through path to the back of the building, where kitchen and restrooms are located. The restrooms are roomy but have low toilets.“

“We held our company Christmas Party at their beautiful restaurant and had such a great time! The staff were so attentive and wonderful to interact with throughout the whole evening! We ordered an array of food and our employees couldn’t stop talking about how fantastic the prime rib and KFC (Korean fried cauliflower) were! The talk around the shop about this event and the delicious food went on for days! We all had such a great experience from start to finish. They made it so easy to plan, set up, host and tear down. We would highly recommend anyone looking to host a party to come here! Now if you are just looking for a bite to eat for a date night or family night out, they also have you covered. I also got a Moscow Mule, it was okay, but nothing to write home about.Parking: There's a free parking lot but it doesn't have a lot of stalls. I had to park 2 blocks away and walk over. It wasn't a big deal but it would be less than ideal in the winter.“

“Heather's in Minneapolis is a favorite. It's that neighborhood joint everyone wants with great burgers, sandwiches, and salads, a great kids menu and twisty soft serve or cookies to keep the wee beings happy. But also that cozy date night spot with amazing daily specials and lovely grown up desserts on the patio.In practice, we usually order delivery (via Toast) and there's always a little tension between a dinner order (because THOSE SPECIALS!) or weekend brunch. We were able to do both today because they offered their daily special as part of their holiday brunch menu: lemon blueberry pancakes AND the ham special with asparagus and cheesy potatoes were both just amazing. ?Ordered pastries for week day breakfasts while I was at it but the delivery person missed the second bag or something. They made it right immediately - barely hung up the phone before the doorbell rang and a smiling, kind Heather's staffer was on my porch with a bag full of goodies. They just do EVERYTHING right.“

“Extremely friendly atmosphere and staff. Our server, Jackson, has the best personality. Being our first visit, he explained the ingredients and recommended to try different sauces which were great. We asked to speak with his manager and Danny was just as kind. It’s nice to see a manager supporting his team with pride.“

“I was in Minneapolis for a weekend and chose Hen House because it was near our hotel. This was one of the best breakfasts I think I have genuinely ever eaten. We ordered an apple cinnamon roll that was made in house that melted in your mouth. I ordered a breakfast sandwich on a croissant roll (also made in house) that was to die for. It is clear the restaurant has a focus on fresh, quality food. Now that I am not in Minneapolis I literally dream about this place. 10/10 Hen House“

“Absolutely phenomenal food and experience. Our server Louis was beyond amazing as he took the time to explain the dishes, cocktails, and so much more. Hat's off!Speaking of dishes, the bison tartare was increibly good, but we were blown away by the flavor of the duck ragu in the Torchietti. We had it made gluten-free to accommodate my wife's dietary needs, and the pasta was still delicious! We didn't stop there, adding an order of the pork chop for me and Alaskan halibut for my wife. The flavor profile on the pork chop dish was insanely big, bold, and wonderful. It was such a contrast to the halibut, which was also wonderful but much more delicate. Both were great. We were stuffed. There was no room for dessert, but since we had let it be known we were out celebrating a special event, we were not to leave without a wonderful little celebration treat. It was much appreciated!Our seating was at the Chef's Counter, and it couldn't have been more perfect. It gave us witness to all the incredible work going on in the kitchen as well as all the dishes that were getting prepped. TheDietary restrictions: My wife is gluten-free, and not only do they accommodate this with some of their dishes they go above and beyond to communicate between the waiter and kitchen about the dietary needs. This shows up starting with bread basket modifications, moves into extra tasting bites supplied to us from the head chef, and follows through to all our entrees and special desserts. Phenomenal staff coordination and cooperation.“

“Overall I would would say it's crossed off my list of places to go. I had a filet mignon and it was cooked as ordered. To be honest it did not seem anymore flavorful or any better than Texas Roadhouse. I had the potato au gratin and those were nothing special either. I am glad I didn't go with the mashed potatoes because someone else in our group did and they looked dried out with a crunchy heat lamp topping. The other 2 couples in our group all 4 had to have something fixed with their meat orders. The waiter was nothing special but the people that cleared the tables and poured the water did a great job. I would give them 5 stars but the actual guy serving the food 1 star.“

Our waitress even split appetizers on the checks and was perfect for providing the best experience possible.Food was ok, just wish there were more offerings. “It's one of my go-to spots whenever I'm in Minneapolis. The atmosphere and service are standard brewpub. Good, but nothing out of the ordinary.Food is solid, mostly standard bar food, but it's well done with the cheese curds being noteworthy.The beer is definitely the highlight, there is a wide variety of well executed styles with the big barrel aged beers being some of the best in the state.I've been several times, and I'm sure I will be back next time I'm in Minneapolis.“

“Absolutely loved the Camden Social. The owner was very professional and welcoming. Went there for Saturday brunch and they had a jazz band playing live music. Ordered the French toast, eggs, and sausage. The sausage was so well seasoned and full of flavor. And the French toast omg so good. Probably one of the best French toast I've had. “Came here on a whim while we were walking around downtown Minneapolis. The service here is wonderful and shoutout to our waitress for being so awesome! It's a traditional style pub and walking in, we felt the chill and cool vibe and atmosphere. Plenty of seating around as well. We ordered the following: Soy garlic edamame: 8/10 - it was really good and salty from the soy! The edamame beans were steamed perfectly and provided that crisp pop when you bit into one. We would taste the garlic as well and it was very pleasant on the tongue. Mac and cheese: 8/10: I thought it would be the traditional noodles but it was penne style instead. It was rich, cheesy, creamy, and the pasta cooked al dente. It came with a toasted, buttered baguette slice. It was enough to feed two people and my coworker and I shared it. It was insanely good but I prefer the regular style mac and cheese noodles. To me, this was like a step above your average mac and cheese. Mexican corn dip - 9/10: do yourself a favor and get this as your appetizer! It tasted exactly like a warm elote! The flavors were outstanding and the added lime was the chef's kiss. it comes with fresh tortilla corn chips and when you first get a taste of the dip, you taste the richness of the Cotija cheese, and then follows the sweet corn and tangy lime juice and tajin. Then you end up with the slight spicy kick at the end. We all came to the consensus that this was our favorite item of the day! We finished every corn kernel. My other coworkers had a steak salad with blue cheese dressing and a slow roasted pull pork with tater tots. They both enjoyed their food as well. Prices were good for the portion size as well and our drinks were refilled and we were checked on regularly. Come try this place out! You won't be disappointment!“

“Kruse Market is wonderful! We enjoyed the Rainbow Bowl, What’s Wrong with Basic toast, Masala Chai Tea, and Blueberry Hills coffee. All were fantastic! A friend ordered the G.O.A.T. toast (on gluten-free bread) and let me take a nibble - divine! The retail side had a ton of great merch (those basil olives!!! *chef’s kiss!*) that we also stocked up on. And my family was pleasantly surprised to be the recipients of fresh takeout pastries and some Milkjam ice cream! We had such a fantastic time! There are ample outlets for the remote worker, and enough choices to satisfy all kinds of palates and dietary needs. I can’t wait to go back for dinner!“

“This is the finest dining in Minneapolis, hands down. I went in February 2024 and everything was executed with meticulous care. Every single dish was perfectly balanced. There was nothing superfluous, nothing too heavy, nothing too acidic. The wine pairings were well thought out. Also, none of the staff forgot I was a pescatarian at any point. It was also the perfect amount of food. For the quality of the food the prices were extremely reasonable. I have been to most of the fine dining establishments in the Metro and don't think the others, like Travail or Spoon and Stable, which are amazing in their own right, can really compare to Tenant. This is where you bring a true foodie if you want to impress them.“

We brought along a menu that we had from the 1960's to show staff . . . prices have changed, but not much else except the carpet, which is as it should be . . . quality is quality! “My boyfriend and I decided to check out a new coffee shop, and we came across Cuppa Java on Google Maps. When we first entered the building, I immediately loved the vibe, and there are many cozy corners with plenty of outfits to get some work done. “I arrived at 2pm on a Tuesday. No line, plenty of seats at the bar. The people here know what they are doing! The service and the food was as on point as any time of day. I had the kitchen special: two eggs, hash browns, sausage, coffee, and I had a pancake. The coffee was surprisingly really good. The pancake was incredible—fluffy, fresh, large enough to fill me up alone. The picture of the pancake makes it look smaller than it is. The sausage, eggs and hash browns were cooked to perfection. They have an assortment of hot sauces. Highly recommend.“

The menu had a nice variety of items - our server recommended a few things that we enjoyed (except one).My daughter and I shared the prosciutto and burrata pizza - sooooo delicious! It was a little heavy on the arugula for our taste, but once we removed some of that it was a delicious pie! My daughter said it may have been one of her favorites ever! We also shared a Caesar salad - standard. My husband really enjoyed the skillet lasagna, but the portion was actually on the small side. Our only slight disappointment was the Philly sandwich. The menu didn’t have a description, so her only ask was no onions. When it arrived it was like loose meat with a bland orange cheese on top, in a standard hoagie roll. Not a ton of flavor. She had the garlic mashed as a side and it also left her feeling meh - not a ton of flavor and the texture almost felt like instant potatoes? “The food was genuinely amazing, best cafe/Diner hashbrowns I've had in YEARS! and the server Mai was extremely polite and pleasant to interact with. Most meals are close to 15$ which might seem slightly pricey but it's genuinely worthit for the quality of the food. The coffe while simple is delicious as well, if you get some 100% get their reccomended house made French vanilla cream with it, it gives it a dulcé de leché flavor and is a 10/10 on flavor.“

“Maybe the best food I have ever eaten! The only thing it compares to was a small, unsigned restaurant in Roam, Italy. This adorable little old grandma made what ever looked good at the market into beautiful courses. This meal brought me back to there, 17 years ago. The flavors are so well balanced that each bite has the most amazingly perfect taste. It makes you forgot looking for all the individual flavors and simply just appreciate the perfect balance of all the flavors have combined to. “Great place that's kid friendly and has 2 patios (front and back) that are both dog friendly. Good food, top notch service, great cocktails. The chicken and wild rice pot pie was a novel, yet obvious take on an old favorite. Of course those flavors go together. Can't believe it's not more common, but that's what's great about this place, they take familiar dishes and class them up. Really loved their cocktail options too. Will have to go back and try more because I was between a couple options. The blackberry sour was refreshing and had a hint of sweet to balance the tartness. Service was top notch, probably the best you'll get anywhere. Will definitely be back.Parking: There's a large parking lot that wraps around the restaurant. The back patio is in the parking lot. There's also street parking all around the lot, so if you can't find a spot in the lot, there are other options.Kid-friendliness: There were a lot more options for kids than on a standard kids menu and they had whole milk for littles. Their highchairs are better than most too with all the straps, etc. They give you crayons and the kids menu can be drawn on. Servers were good about putting food and drinks out of reach of babies and warning you about hot things. If you're looking for a family friendly meal out, this place has you covered.“

Here are our must tries: Cheese Curd: Lightly battered and geniusly paired with thousand island dressing which breaks up the acidity of the cheese and brings out the rich creamy cheese flavor. Bologna Sandwich: Not from your childhood! This homemade recipe marries a blend of spices that makes your tastebuds dance. Lightly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside…assembled with homemade American cheese, a slice of crisp white onion on toasted white bread… the best I’ve had in my life! Chicken Gizzards: Technique, technique, technique. I can only wonder the effort and preparation on the front end that makes these gizzards so, so tender. Lightly battered and minimal frying time leave these gizzard with a “cut with a folk” and “melt in your mouth” texture that I have never experienced before.“

After your introductory drink, they take you to the dining area which is a U shaped are with the kitchen in the center. You get an amazing experience from start to finish with 7 to 11 courses; you won't leave hungry. The wine pairing is carefully selected for a perfect match to each dish. The food is TOP NOTCH. They way the flavors come together in your pallet is really an experience you need to have for yourself.“

“This is one of our special occasion places! The food and ambience is always so great. If you have friends visiting from out of town, this is the place you want to take to impress them. We like the bar side, but went for a date night recently and ate on the dinner side. We had an impromptu four course meal that was curated by our server. We took out time and didn't feel rushed. Every server and staff seem to be in a good mood and polite, whether they are bringing you food, cleaning your table, or passing you on your way out.
