“Stopped in for a late lunch on the patio. Was interested in a bitters & soda and the server recommended mixing the rhubarb and cardamom, which was delicious and refreshing. Followed that with the Chix Correa sandwich and a side salad. Wow! Really creative flavors and well-executed. Could tell everything was made from scratch and with high quality ingredients and care. Also the decor was fun and hip, the music top-notch, and the staff kind. I look forward to coming back soon!“

My biggest issue was the gentleman helping us had the dirtiest hands and fingernails I've seen in a long time. He was in charge of making our drinks and his hands were filthy. He did also forget one of our drinks.“

“This place is the “Cheers” of Lake Nokomis. The owners, Dennis and Mary, make you feel like family and remember everyone’s favorite drinks. The coffee, Nordic waffles, and Greek Chicken wrap, are personal favorites. Pastry choices include Kouign Ammans and chocolate croissants, also favorites. Every morning you’ll see the same group of retired guys, the baby play group, the old friends getting together, a few work meetings, and a couple of first dates. I love this place.“

“This is such a cute café that combines coffee and Asian culture. They carry some of the cutest stationery, Korean beauty products (e.g. Torriden, Anua, Aestura, Round Lab), yummy Asian snacks, blind boxes, plushies, and even kitchenware. I was obsessed with the stickers! I was surprised at how pricey they were about $5–6 per sheet and $4–6 for individual ones, but I still bought one because I couldn’t help it, hehe.

I visited during an event, and parking wasn’t difficult. There’s paid street parking right in front of the store and around the neighborhood. There’s plenty of seating, both at tables and by the window. I didn’t have to wait long for my order. I also loved that they offer unsweetened matcha latte, which I don’t usually see at other cafés.“

I tried the limited time tiramisu latte and it was honestly orgasmic. If I lived closer I would probably be here daily. Also, purchased donuts for the kiddos and a scone for the husband, everyone was pleased with their pastries.“

“New to me, a hangout spot in the center of south Minneapolis. It's a place worth the trip with great team offering some unique beverages. Plenty of seating and a monumental location at George Floyd Square across from Chicago Avenue Fire Arts.“

“The customer service is outstanding! We appreciate that they acknowledge and recognize us when we walk in. The pastries are amazing. Chocolate donuts, almond croissants, cinnamon rolls, butter croissants are all delicious! In nice weather we are able to walk there. In the cold snowy weather parking can be an issue, but we always manage. I had 1 issue with my coffee once and the staff person quickly fixed it and was very kind and helpful, as they always are! Since we are typically there in the morning, I have not tried the dumplings yet, but I imagine they are also very good.“

“Really nice coffee shop with a well thought out layout. Has appropriate seating for many individuals as well as groups. Although I went here with a few friends I would enjoy going here to get some work done as well. The service was very quick and the people were very friendly which was a nice bonus. I ended up getting the regular latte which was pretty good as well as the chocolate chip cookie which was decent. My favorite part was the cup of seasonal drip coffee I got at the end which had a really nice flavor for those who like black coffee. Overall a really nice spot I just wish the location was a little bit easier to get access without a car. I almost forget to mention, there’s a ping pong table!“

You have the option to have them delivered directly if you're within 20 miles but I chose shipping as I'm on the edge and didn't want to be a bother. “This place is not inexpensive; but the food is worth every single penny. It’s unique, it’s vegan, it’s delicious, and it’s healthy. The atmosphere is very comfortable. (although the music was a little bit loud for conversation). I shared the cauliflower tacos and hummus plate and we each had a glass of wine and took the yummy yummy yummy yummy yummy cheesecake home (the cheesecake seemed expensive at the time; but I will purchase it again and again. Every taste was Yum Yum Yum Yum.). a lot of times when I go out to eat I think; I could’ve saved money and just ate at home. However, I truly felt my money was well spent! The food was fresh. Very tasty. The arugula salad was phenomenal, even though it was very simple. I need to come back here way more often. Thank you very much for your dedication to healthy, tasty, vegan food. Also, their dedication to quality continues year after year. I think that’s wonderful.“
