“Stopped in to Cosmic Coffee the other morning on a whim, and believe I just may have found my new favorite coffee shop in NE. Cosmic Coffee feels like an old school coffee shop, the ones that were about people connecting with people. Actual real live PEOPLE!!! Not only was the coffee delicious- expertly prepared by Dusty-but it was so refreshing to be around people laughing, conversing and connecting not just working away on laptops. If you want a great cup of coffee in a cozy, warm space of brick, wood and eclectic decor that does not feel like a sterile white hipster tech haven, please please give Cosmic a visit! “First time going and I received the wrong sandwich. I asked twice what it was but I couldn’t remember everything in the sandwich I actually ordered so it’s on me for not getting the correct one. The prices were a bit high for tea, but I think the overall experience of it and quality of tea is definitely worth it if you enjoy tea. I will say the customer service was okay too, I'm definitely NOT a tea expert and it was my first time here, so I wasn't sure what to order or how to. That doesn't even make sense? That's what photos are for. So after driving to Dinky Town to try Bober Tea I will say it makes me not want to come back. The donuts on the other hand were amazing and fresh. They were warm, slightly crisp on the outside and so soft on the inside with lots of flavor. Just a warning to ask about your drink beforehand otherwise you'll end up with something you didn't want.“

“Kruse Market is wonderful! We enjoyed the Rainbow Bowl, What’s Wrong with Basic toast, Masala Chai Tea, and Blueberry Hills coffee. All were fantastic! A friend ordered the G.O.A.T. toast (on gluten-free bread) and let me take a nibble - divine! The retail side had a ton of great merch (those basil olives!!! *chef’s kiss!*) that we also stocked up on. And my family was pleasantly surprised to be the recipients of fresh takeout pastries and some Milkjam ice cream! We had such a fantastic time! There are ample outlets for the remote worker, and enough choices to satisfy all kinds of palates and dietary needs. I can’t wait to go back for dinner!“

“Loving my coffee flight and supporting a good cause. Proceeds go towards helping support the Veteran's Training Center, housed at the coffee bar, as well as the mission of ETS. What is ETS? ETS (Every Third Saturday) exists to assist veterans in finding new purpose after military service. They are all about pursuing growth and post-traumatic success. My favorite was the PB & J. It was so different and so good. Next favorite was the Golden Milk because it was subtle and not overpowering. I love snickerdoodle cookies and this drink was also very good. There wasn't a last place finish here.“

“I am so fortunate to have stumbled upon this gem while in search of a French style patisserie. There are other businesses that claim to be patisseries, but this is the real deal. The location is easy to get to, even for someone who doesn't live in Minneapolis. The parking is easy, and the neighborhood feels safe. We loved the almost dark academia ambience that is inside - warm lighting, dark interior. It creates a cozy feel and makes you feel sophisticated, even if you're just trying to satisfy the Saturday morning sweet tooth like we were. Ordering was easy, and the lady gathering our items was very friendly and explained things well. We ordered a vanilla St. Honoré, pain au chocolat, croissants, and an Elise (yes, I'm saying it in a French accent to feel more fancy). The viennoiserie are baked Euro-style, meaning a bit darker than what you'd find in a regular American bakery. The many flaky layers could be seen, and there's a delightful crunch when you take a bite. The sweetness of the Elise was "just enough." We enjoyed everything except for the iced mochas. Those weren't quite as chocolatey or sweet as we're used to. If we could improve anything, it would be to give an option to have something warmed, like the pain au chocolat. It's a little spendy, but you're getting real croissants- not Costco croissants. Will definitely be coming back.“

There are tables in front and more comfy chairs in the back. They have an assortment of THC cocktails on the wall and sell gummies on the counter. I didn't have a place to plug in, but I was still able to work on my laptop for a little while to enjoy the experience. I had a specialty drink, which was good and a cold brew which hit the spot.
