“The donuts and coffee were pretty good and priced decently. This is a very popular place for children and families, so the atmosphere is VERY loud. I would not recommend this place if you are trying to work or have a longer conversation with someone, as it’s hard to hear.“
“I have visited this restaurant three times. Each was a different experience. Today would be the lowest of them. It just seems like this restaurant is busy with not enough help and no managers on duty. My bloody was a mess when I received it. The drink was over filled and juice was dripping down the sides as well as the rim was destroyed. Not to mention, I’m sure some spirit was lost as well. The drink was also warm. Strange, but I associated it with the glass being pulled out of the dishwasher and used immediately. We asked for a new one which was made with no issue, however, no acknowledgment of the presentation of the first drink. I would have at least apologized. Again, the bartender seemed very overwhelmed and really no support staff present aside from the bar back (whom I was thankful for. He literally got all the little things, extra napkins, water and syrup). Food- it was okay, compared to my last visits. The gravy was cold on the exterior of the plate but was warm more in the center. Made me wonder how long it sat in the window. My friends pillow pancakes were not great. It appeared that perhaps the top pancake was good but the bottom two were burnt on one side. As we were sharing bites of food, you could taste the bitter burnt flavor cooked through the pancake. It was very dry and lacked enough syrup to assist with damage control of the burnt pancake. The last drink I received was not a great presentation as well. Cream all on the side of the glass and again not very cold. I guess we could have raised more of a fuss but I just swallowed my $54.00 bill. Kudos to the support staff - Hostess, hostess support, busser and bar back. It would be nice to see managers check in on guests and help out bartenders and servers while they are in the middle of a rush. You could avoid the sloppy drink presentation, cold food and cold personality.“
“I was very surprised to see a tii cup location here so ofc we had to try it! My go-to is always a jasmine milk tea with boba, number 2 sweet and less ice. The flavors did not disappoint, rich but with a bold tea flavor. The decor surprised me as well, compared to most other locations around the twin cities, it looked very clean and nice, not worn out at all!“
“I went through the drive-through today to order my strawberry açai lemonade, and the lady working the drive-through was so sweet. I didn’t get her name, but she has red hair dye in her bangs. She wrote something sweet on my cup. The customer service at this location is one of the best I’ve ever had.“
“I stopped in today and ordered two Poke bowls and slushy. The whole experience was great. Quick service, great quality, friendly staff, very clean and cute decor. We will certainly be coming back ALOT!!! Also I highly recommend the kiwi cheese slushy.“
