“I stop at this Starbucks almost every day before work, and the majority of the staff is very nice. BUT... There is one barista at the drive thru window (I believe his name is Jerome) who is NOT a people person at ALL!!! He'll ask how my day's going, then not say a single word, hold up the card scanner in such a rude fashion, not look at me at all, and turn his back at me with the window open, and not make any conversation!! You're probably reading this thinking I'm being a little harsh... I used to work at multiple coffee shops, and I've NEVER seen a more rude barista. He makes me not want to go there, but, like I said, it's worth it for the rest of the staff. Jerome needs more connection training.“

“I have been visiting this location for about a year now and I would gladly go out of my way (I live in St Paul) to stop here for a drink. Since day 1, the baristas have been AMAZING! Mitch and Faith treat me like an old friend. It's a great addition to my daily caffeine.
I typically order ahead of time in the app and I have never needed to wait for my order to be finished regardless of how busy they are. (I can't say the same for other locations.) In addition, they breeze through lines in a matter of minutes. It's crazy how well this team performs.

“We were visiting in town and wanted some good coffee. We found Edina Coffee Roasters on Google and decided to find it for real. When we arrived we found they had recently opened and were planning on having their grand opening the following week. We ordered 3 Americanos. The coffee was very good! Caribou Coffee has become my favorite spot, and it's all thanks to the amazing team, especially Connor and Rachel. From the moment you walk through the door, Connor makes you feel genuinely welcomed with a cheerful hello and engaging small talk. He always remembers the regulars' names, making you feel like part of the Caribou family.

Rachel and Connor always get my order spot on, whether it's my large Caramel Cooler with an extra shot of espresso or my favorite shortbread cookie. Their attention to detail and friendly service consistently brighten my day. Connor's great sense of humor and warm demeanor make every visit a delightful experience.

“Parking: It is near Cub, and I usually use the drive-through. Parking in front is minimal, and people don't always seem to look before backing out. However, if you don't mind a short walk, just park at the Cub store, and it is a short two minute or less jaunt.“

“This Dunn Brothers does not compare to the one in St. Michael. They can not make sugar-free mochas and food is lacking. Many young people are working here. One today was wearing an airpod while taking orders. I also had to put in my own splenda... not an issue at a normal coffee house. But when you pay $6 plus tip for a cold brew, put a Splenda in there when asked. I do like that I have seen so many dogs in and out of there, which makes me smile. Also, I love the jewelry they sell.“
