“I don’t drink Caribou, but I stopped in with my kids to pick up a coffee for their mom. She’s the regular, not me. She has very specific order with special requests. Before I said anything, Suzanne already knew the order. Not my drink… Not a guess… The exact order, exactly how she likes it.

That kind of awareness and attention to detail is rare. I was genuinely impressed. Suzanne made the experience personal, smooth, and memorable.

“My husband and I are in Deephaven for two weeks watching our grands and our son told us we needed to go out to breakfast at Beanhaven. He said “it’s like a little hometown cafe” so today after getting the grands off to school we did. Wow, such a cute place, delicious food and coffee and a delightful server. I had the sausage mushroom quiche with Jim’s potatoes, my husband had eggs, bacon, Jim’s potatoes and toast. Omg every thing was amazing. We will definitely be back when we’re here from Iowa 😋😋😋“

“We were visiting in town and wanted some good coffee. We found Edina Coffee Roasters on Google and decided to find it for real. When we arrived we found they had recently opened and were planning on having their grand opening the following week. We ordered 3 Americanos. The coffee was very good! The owner and staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable. The next time we are in town we will visit again! We give it 5 of 5 stars.“

Not a place for in-and-out unless you need drip. I had a London Fog with alt milk and it was FABULOUS - no sugar, either. When you can get a coffee house dink right without adding sugar, then you kow it's actually good. Staff was attentive and professional/ Solid coffee shop. Get the photo booth fixed and you're a 10/5!“

Probably not a great place to work from because of a lack of outlets. The drinks are incredibly sweet and I usually have to cut it in half if I get anything specialty. Prices have gotten pretty expensive, too. Overall, their regular coffees are quite good.“

“We love Smith! It is our favorite spot for pizza. Pizza night is the best, especially if you have little kids. If we remember, we reserve ahead and get a table. Otherwise we bring our picnic blanket. Our kids are all under 5 and we love letting them play in the garden. The pizza is amazing and so are the salads. I appreciate a menu that offers a few things and does them really well. This is pretty much the only restaurant I can bring my kids to and have a nice relaxing time myself. I have been earlier in the day for coffee/lunch and it is nice as well.“

I recommend trying their caramel apple drink, hot or cold, with a nice amount of whipped cream on top! (You do have to request the whipped cream specifically, otherwise they don't include it). On my most recent visit, I was really impressed by the staff, especially Jennel and Abby. Abby took my order with a friendly attitude and great customer service, and when my drink was ready, Jennel had already set out my coffee, half and half, and even a cup of filtered water with no ice — exactly how I like it. It was such a thoughtful gesture and shows the kind of attention and care this team brings to their work. Janelle and Abby are a testament to the quality of staff at this Caribou location. “The team at the Highway 7 (1601 Highway 7, Hopkins MN 55305) was so great this morning. I goofed up and ordered a canteen for 8:50 when I needed it at 7:50. They filled it with what they had and made a mocha in record time even though it was totally my fault. They all kept a cool head and were kind and accommodating, even though at first, I was sure it couldn't have been my fault. They were even making smalltalk about holiday movies while I waited. They need a bonus!“

“Found this gem in the business trip to MN. It is an amazing milk tea spot! Their drinks are just the right amount of sweet, and the boba? Soft and delicious. Plus, the decor is so elegant, especially with the holiday themes. We tried four of their top 10 drinks, and they were all spot-on. One of them is the special signature Vietnamese egg coffee. It's out of this world! I'm definitely coming back and highly recommending it.“

There’s a difference between creating a cheerful workspace and overlooking the needs of customers who are studying or working. Each time I’ve visited, the volume of conversations, laughter, and joking among the staff has made it difficult to focus.

I absolutely support a fun and light-hearted workplace, but I also believe in reading the room and being mindful of those around you. After multiple visits with the same experience, I’ve decided this location isn’t the right fit for me.“

“Came from another Caribou that gave me a wrong drink and was very short with me and asked them if they would remake it and the very kind lady at the front immediately made it for me. Was an incredibly kind thing to do and I really appreciated my experience!“
