I’ve tried so many smoothie recipes over the years, but this one is on another level. You can tell it was actually designed by someone who understands nutrition — it’s not just fruit and sugar in a cup. I love that it’s packed with protein and greens but still tastes amazing, no chalky texture or weird aftertaste. Need a yummy/healthy shake or tea and a good laugh?! Look no further! Rayna has a heart of gold and will crack ya up! I always leave so much happier than when I walked in. Love the people, the shakes, the energy! There’s a shake/tea here for anyone as there are so many flavors! I wish I lived closer, otherwise I’d be here on the reg!🤤 🤤 🤤
