“Great experience. I had the SW Benedict with Jim's Potatoes, at the recommendation of Jim, the owner, who was kind & conscientious enough to come outside and greet us. This is the kind of place we need to support, and allow to thrive. A true gem of an eatery with great food, superb service, and they even let us bring our dog on the sidewalk patio. They even greeted him with a water bowl & treats!! We'll definitely be back and sing their praises to anyone who will listen.”
“Scott was an excellent server. Everything came out as ordered and we never had to look for Scott as he was always one step ahead of us. Scott gave us plenty of time to catch up and didn't rush us through dinner. We had a great dinner at the perfect pace. Can't wait to return!”
“Caring staff that take the time for each customer even in a rush, super friendly, and even remade a pizza for a tiny mistake without being asked and gave the messed up one for free! Got everything right, will definitely come back to this location:)”
“This place is a hidden gem! Celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary downstairs in the Jimmy's lounge and had a phenomenal evening. The food was terrific... the Delmonico steak could be put up against some of the best steak houses in the city. The Seabass was perfection too! We split the chophouse salad to start and it was awesome, but certainly is a large portion so be prepared. We ordered french fries as well, and they were terrific. Will be back without hesitation. Try the espresso martini by Anna, you will not be disappointed. ”
“The food is always outstanding and the atmosphere in the pub is like going home to Ireland. Excellent food and service which is what makes for a perfect evening out.”
“Great Happy Hour. The chicken tinga tacos are really good. Great value. Excellent service. It's a great place to go in Wayzata if you want a casual and unpretentious feel.”
“The service here is amazing! The food was fast, hot and delicious, plant based as described. The young man behind the counter went above and beyond expectations for the service industry and made my visit to Minnesota and Stalk & Spade, unforgettable. Will be back! I recommend the pumpkin shake.”
“I'm not normally a salad guy but I like their Seoul bowl. With warm rice on the bottom and great fixings I get it every time and add jalapeños mmm. The team is always fast and accommodating of my modifications. ive tried breakfast there too the rise and grind smoothie was a little gritty and thick. Avocado toast and lox toasts taste great but a little on the salty side. Very casual environment and it's Lake Street Wayzata so your right across the street from the lake too cool place to go for quick lunch and dinner and a walk.”
“Solid. Dined on a Monday night and sat at the bar. Jeff, our bartender, was super nice as were all the all the servers we chatted with as they picked up drinks from the bar.Loved the Hamachi Jalapeño & Jonny-B-gooD roll.”
“Such a cute little Italian vibe. The ambiance was super cute, loved the plants, all servers seemed very professional and kind, and the food was very good.Burrata appetizer- So delicious!Pappardelle w braised oxtail sauce- very good ??Spaghetti Carbonara- tasty!I had the fancy aperol spritz and it was simple yet just what I was looking for. The other beverage I had was a bit more floral and so tasty!I look forward to coming back!”
“Ordered tri-tri’s for takeout. Kinda spendy for the price, but really nice on the rice :) Had a fine young man answer the phone and take our order and another young man give us our food and even helped me out calculating the tip ;) The wontons were soooo good (see picture) that they miraculously cured my peyronies disease! Something about the wontons had a little bit of a Pantene taste to them, I just can’t put my finger in it. -little j”
“Macanda is one of the best restaurants within the Wayzata dining scene. Friendly staff, refreshingly bright and light decor compared to the somewhat old and stuffy feeling at other options in the area, and Latin food that the upscale dining scene in the Twin Cities has been in sore need of. Highly recommend for both intimate and big group events!”
“Added to my favorite burgers in Minnesota list. Great food, amazing service, super vibes atmosphere. I left fully satisfied and happy. Again in case I forgot to mention I LOVE THE ”
“Amazing little local gem - solid deli, sandwiches, and frozen meats are available for purchase. I give a 5 star rating on service, John was a pleasure as he handled my order. I got a Turkey Cobb sandwich, some cookies from the case, burgers to grill for dinner-- and dill pickle chips! A place can never go wrong if they carry Old Dutch Dill pickle chips! Thanks Village Meats for the hospitality & being a wonderful small business.”
