“My wife and I stopped into San Pancho Mexican Restaurant in Long Lake during their soft opening and were very impressed. Although the restaurant has been around for several years, it’s now under new ownership as of mid-January by the Luna family, and the difference was immediately clear. The food was outstanding—authentic, flavorful, and clearly made with care and passion. This wasn’t rushed or generic Mexican food; you could truly taste the quality and pride in every bite. The service was just as wonderful, with a sincere and welcoming host and wait staff. The restaurant has also received a beautiful facelift. It’s clean, recently renovated, and filled with bright colors and décor that give it a warm, authentic Mexican feel. We had a great meal and are excited for their official opening. “So good! Nice people - excellent service and GREAT food. The samosas were perfect - not greasy, flaky crust, delicious mint sauce. The chicken momos were delicious - can't wait to try the veggie momos! The garlic naan was light and airy - not at all chewy like some can get. I have had the chicken josh and chicken tika and both were excellent. We will be working our way through the menu!”

“I was looking for breakfast at The Viking Fest. No luck. Saw your food truck and decided to try your pizza. I got the white sauce, spinach, garlic, red onion and tandeer? (vegetarian "meat) was it called? It was suggested by employee...I was not going to get any meat option. My son got an all meat choice. We both absolutely loved them!! They were delicious!!! And definitely filling!! Honestly, I probably should not have eaten whole thing lol.Thanks for doing it right!!!”

“Every dish was SO good! I came here because it had good reviews and people mentioned it being a hidden gem and that’s the perfect way to describe it. Each dish was beautifully presented, you can tell they put care into cooking and plating each dish. The staff was friendly but not intrusive and gave suggestions when ordering and descriptions when serving. I’m really looking forward to returning.”

“Food was very good. I love supporting a smaller business and frankly the food was high quality. Similar vibes to chipotle. I will say the wrapper stuck to the tortilla of the burrito after a bit and I got a little paper in my bites but the food was delicious. I will be coming back.”
