“What a great place. Our waiter Ramesh walked us thru the menu pointing out his favorites and that you can order how spicy you want yours. My fav was the Chicken Tiki Masala! The staff is so kind and generous — they don’t advertise at all, it’s all word of mouth and organic reviews. We need to keep this absolute gem in business!! We took home leftovers and it feeds another 2-3 meals! The portions are huge for what you pay for and the food and meat substitutes are sooo delicious and house-made!! Can’t wait to go back! “I was looking for breakfast at The Viking Fest. No luck. Saw your food truck and decided to try your pizza. I got the white sauce, spinach, garlic, red onion and tandeer? (vegetarian "meat) was it called? It was suggested by employee...I was not going to get any meat option. My son got an all meat choice. We both absolutely loved them!! They were delicious!!! This is easily the best Asian restaurant in the MSP-and-beyond area! The Basil Wings are heaven-sent. The Thai Tea hits the spot (not too sweet, not too bitter). Service is 11/10 - they touch your tables so much, you could swear they've got clones of your waiter/waitress walking around. Heads on a swivel. Also, the interior is a perfect blend of modern and traditional design. Everything is functional and classy. Spotless, without a single food safety letdown in sight.

“This was my second visit to Buca in Maple Grove. It was amazing. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Special Thank You to Cheyenne, he was amazing his drinks were fabulous, ask him for some of his specials, he did an amazing alcohol free apple drink, that had all 8 of us at the table very happy. He also took time to take us on a tour of the entire facility. This is a beautiful place, it has so much character. We will be back again.“
