Thirty Bales offers a nice atmosphere with good service. The hand-cut fries were delicious, but the ceviche lacked shellfish and marination. The poutine was exceptional, and other entrees like corn meal tacos were handmade and tasty. The beet salad was outstanding, especially for goat cheese and beet enthusiasts. A move from downtown Minneapolis didn't disappoint, with lunch takeout proving to be a delightful experience.
