Molly was a GREAT server. My friend is a chef and has restaurant industry experience so I almost never enjoy eating out with them. ;) BUT, when they said they wanted to go out for their birthday dinner, it was a no-brainer to choose Thirty Bales. They loved the pork chop on bone AND the risotto AND the bourbon cheesecake. Whew!!! For me, the short rib pot pie and apple crisp were their usual deliciousness. Thirty Bales is a neighborhood eatery that has good food, service and prices. The ambience is neither luxurious nor severe, simply comfortable. Service was attentive but not overbearing. All in all diner was enjoyable and tasty.

Been here for after work happy hour twice in the last two weeks. Have had great service and I love the atmosphere. It's hard to find a fun place these days that isn't too loud so this is a real gem!
