Great experience as our first time!
I hosted my friend’s baby shower at pub 819, and everything was wonderful! Our server, Jordan did an incredible job!! There were 20 of us all on separate bills, and he kept everything organized. All of our food and drinks were awesome. Jordan was very thoughtful, and even came around to our group before happy hour ended to ask if we wanted to order anything else before it ended. The food was hot and fresh. Very impressed!
Consistently good food. Dining inside can be a bit loud. Highly recommend any of the Block restaurants all have consistent high quality food and service.

Since reopening, the restaurant has received positive reviews, with customers praising the amazing service and delicious food and beverages. Standout menu items include the Coconut Curry Chicken Rice, Rosemary Chicken wild rice pot pie, brisket grilled cheese, and Cobb salad, which is so big that some diners take it home. The Korean steak noodle bowl is noted for its perfect spice level, while the crab dip is likened to a seafood louie. Though there are no Mexican options, the cheese curds with raspberry dipping sauce and truffle French fries have been highly recommended. Fish and chips are considered some of the best in the Twin Cities, and the BBQ cauliflower bowl has also impressed.
