Munkabeans Coffeehouse in Hopkins has a warm, fresh, homemade feel. From the blueberry muffins cooling on the counter to the local artists’ work displayed on the walls, the coffee shop has a neighborhood vibe that is very inviting. My husband ordered a Cinnabon Latte coffee and shared a sip with me. It was so good, I ordered my own. I also purchased some of the available artwork for sale. ❤️
Ducked into Munkabeans for a bit while waiting for the shops on Main Street to open. I loved the art (for sale) covering the walls when you walk in! I ordered a matcha latte and a spinach and artichoke quiche. The quiche was SO DANG GOOD! They offered 6 different hot sauces with it as well, which was great for this spicy-lover. The latte was also tasty and not overly sweet, even with the vanilla syrup I added. It was refreshing after getting overly sweetened drinks at chain coffee...read full review

I love downtown Hopkins and I love this coffee shop! Came in here for a hot cocoa and a muffin and I was not disappointed. I was greeted by a cheerful barista and there were plenty of tables to sit down and enjoy.
