“Food was good but the staff must not understand English or something. Ordered food and when it was brought out the staff did not clearly explain which order was what. When we asked they looked at us like we were stupid. We tried to tell them something was wrong and they told us they were just going to charge us extra to make up for their error. Found that very suspect. Also the turkey sausage is not turkey sausage it is actually cut up pieces of a real turkey 🤣“

“They have great food with tons of vegan options and a wonderful patio! Today I ordered my favorite dish a roti wrap and it accidentally came with chicken instead of the vegan chickpea version. That’s never happened to me there before. They felt really bad about it and made me a new one and comped my meal and that of my friend. That is above and beyond an excellent customer service. “The owner is very rude his staff are a bunch of Liars my wife and I was there to have lunch on January 9th the parking Lot was full of ice I fell injured my left hip and left hand my wife went in to let the owner know I fell him or none of his staff came out to see if I was ok or to help me up the owner said to my wife that he was not the owner of the building and that he told the owner of the building to salt the parking lot early that morning and he never showed up since my injury I been trying to get the owner of the building information even there insurance or legal team information no one wants to respond this manager is trash the food is trash I don’t recommend no one eats there I will post everything about what I’m experiencing with this incident“

“My family and I have been to Thanh Luong nearly a dozen times in the past year. This restaurant is absolutely incredible. The quality of the food is stellar and consistently delicious. My partner has been vegetarian his whole life and loves the vegan chicken pho. I eat meat and I love the vegan beef pho. The soups are so flavorful. My mom loves getting the orange tofu lunch special with the refreshing spring rolls. We also all get bubble tea with strawberry orange green tea being a favorite repeat order. The service is wonderful and we really enjoy every experience we’ve had here! Would highly recommend to anyone!“

“I have been visiting Emily's since I was a kid. The food is authentic, fresh and of high quality. Portions have gotten smaller and prices are a bit high but as is at most places now. We went this last visit with a large group of 18 for a family birthday party, so we reserved the seating area upstairs. Our waiter was accommodating and friendly. We weren't able to get every order complete because they ran out of meat pies but they did substitute to our liking. One meal was missing but the charge was taken off the bill. We did end up staying half an hour past closing but the staff did not make us feel rushed or unwanted. We did apologize, thank them and tip accordingly. So with a few mistakes we made due just fine and I will always be a returning customer. Excellent food as always!“

“This restaurant in Minnesota is truly a wonderful find. Today, I had the pleasure of trying the trio appetizer, which included ribs, cream cheese wontons, and egg rolls. I also ordered the fried pot stickers and the Black Pepper Pork Belly. The presentation of each dish was beautiful, and the flavors were even more impressive. My favorite among the appetizers was the coconut cream cheese wontons; it was my first time trying them with coconut, and the flavor was absolutely remarkable, making them a unique and special item. The egg rolls and pot stickers were delightfully crunchy, warm, and full of delicious flavors. The accompanying hot sauce and their house-made sweet and mildly spicy sauce were also quite enjoyable.

I would highly recommend this establishment if you are looking to have a pleasant time and engaging conversation with your cherished loved ones.“

My fault for not inspecting the itemized bill closer i would have expected staff to share that a 21% gratuity was already included (not to mention an additional “administrative “ fee was also included) before I added an additional 20% gratuity.“

“Food, atmosphere, and drinks were all fantastic. The Owner/Chef Joel has created something special at this gem nestled in a Minneapolis neighborhood. We had a large party for a friends pre-wedding dinner and the staff handled it great. From the apps to the desert, you can’t go wrong with anything you pick off the menu. We were all tasting each others food by the end of the night wanting to try EVERYTHING! Some have stated a smaller menu and prices, but then say the food blew them away…I for one like to pay to keep amazing food and ingredients an option. Can’t wait to bring my wife and other family members in the Twin Cities to do it again.“
