Been here several times already, and safe to say this is my favorite place for breakfast in the Twin Cities and the best restaurant that's earned the James Beard award imo by far. My favorites are both the flap jacks and waffles, the hash browns, and the eggs; all made fresh to order! Love coming here each time for breakfast trying something new, or to get a usual. First time here, from ND. Met an awesome father and son who are regulars and they gave me the history of the diner. I didn't get pics of the food but it was great. I had the Jose and a short stack, my girlfriend had the eggs Benedict. It's a small spot with 16 seats and I enjoyed the atmosphere. Definitely will frequent the spot when visiting the cities.

Has a great charm to it. They've kept it authentic with even the prices and didn't capitalize off of gimmicks. Affordable "hole in the wall" diner experience. It's cash only so be prepared with those dollar bills.
