Absolutely wonderful service! I took a little longer than usual to order and the baristas were more than patient with me, and even re-made my drink without batting an eye when I forgot to order soy!
Since last spring the atmosphere in the cafe has felt a lot cozier with new furniture, more variation in seating, and staff who have always been friendly. In the last couple of weeks since being on campus, me and my roommates have been going more often and even when there are small errors in drinks or the POS system not working right, they have always found a way to still make your experience there a 10/10 by giving you a corrected drink free of charge or even just being kind,...read full review
