The carrot and beet starter was colorful and delicious, the salmon and scallop mains impeccable, but the highlight was the dessert of poached pears with a flavored crème anglais sauce for which we insisted on getting spoons to capture every drop. “Strawberry coconut dream is quite sweet definitely a good balance of coconut and strawberry flavors (heavily). Tacos are on the larger quantity side. Sesame Chicken taco is crispy, tangy, with a good kick of spice. Al pastor taco is good, tangy with the bit of pineapple. Carnitas taco is very savory and juicy. The corn tortillas are nice and soft. Definitely have the sesame last because it overwhelms the other flavors. The sweet corn cake is super soft, a very light cornbread flavor. Elote is good, simple and yummy.“

“I am sure many reviews begin this way, but it’s true here: I rarely write reviews. We visited the Rochester location on 5/18, and we were immediately pleasantly greeted. The entire menu looks so tasty, so I ended up ordering a Wedge Salad, the Five Cheese Macaroni & Cheese to split, and a 60/40 with Truffle Fries. I LOVE Wedge salads, but this one, this one was special - the most delicious wedge salad I’ve ever eaten. The addition of the dill was unexpected but soooo welcome. The macaroni portion, even as split, was so generous and very tasty. The truffle fries were very flavorful, and the burger - I am ashamed to say I can’t attest to it because my eyes were much larger than my stomach & I had to take it to go. The rest of the crew with me all agreed their food was also delicious. If we ever have the fortune to travel back to the area, we agreed we would all come back to Red Cow. Our service was also top notch, I wish I could remember our server’s name. She was very sweet!“

We ordered an array of food and our employees couldn’t stop talking about how fantastic the prime rib and KFC (Korean fried cauliflower) were! The talk around the shop about this event and the delicious food went on for days! We all had such a great experience from start to finish. They made it so easy to plan, set up, host and tear down. “I was recently at EaTo for a work dinner. I’m on a very restrictive diet right now which makes it very hard for me to find things to eat, particularly at restaurants. Helena was awesome about helping me find something I could eat at EaTo and the chef and wait staff were great too. His subtle cooking techniques results in extraordinary taste and texture that the unrefined tastebud may miss. Great food coupled with great service drove my family to stop here twice during our weekend trip to Minneapolis. Here are our must tries: Cheese Curd: Lightly battered and geniusly paired with thousand island dressing which breaks up the acidity of the cheese and brings out the rich creamy cheese flavor. Bologna Sandwich: Not from your childhood! This homemade recipe marries a blend of spices that makes your tastebuds dance. Lightly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside…assembled with homemade American cheese, a slice of crisp white onion on toasted white bread… the best I’ve had in my life! Chicken Gizzards: Technique, technique, technique. I can only wonder the effort and preparation on the front end that makes these gizzards so, so tender. Lightly battered and minimal frying time leave these gizzard with a “cut with a folk” and “melt in your mouth” texture that I have never experienced before.“

The only complaint is the parking lot size. There is barely enough room to maneuver. I hope there's some way to make it a bit bigger.

We had a large party for a friends pre-wedding dinner and the staff handled it great. From the apps to the desert, you can’t go wrong with anything you pick off the menu. We were all tasting each others food by the end of the night wanting to try EVERYTHING! Some have stated a smaller menu and prices, but then say the food blew them away…I for one like to pay to keep amazing food and ingredients an option. “I wanted to take a moment to shout out an amazing restuarant located in minneapolis called Nolos Kitchen & Bar! As most of you know by now my girls and I had planned to fly out to california for my bachelorette party and winded up with a cancelled flight first thing in the morning at 4am thanks to microsoft. after we arrived to the airport and stood in line for 4 hours we were told that the next flight wasn’t available for another 24hours at 6 am the next day. We decided to go get breakfast while we figured out our next move and what we were supposed to do for the next 24 hours. We arrived to Nolos in pretty low spirits but that was quickly turned around when we met our waitress. Not only was the food PHENOMENAL, but they went as far as to make us my favorite cocktail (which wasn’t even on the menu!) As we sat and enjoyed our breakfast we talked about where we should go/what we should do/ and about how tired we were because we were only running on a couple of hours of sleep. We were at the point of even contemplating piling back into the car to take a nap when our sweetheart of a waitress approached us and informed us that they had a basement bar that didn’t open until 5 pm that night. She proceeded to tell us that since the basement bar didn’t open till later the owner offered us their full basement as a safe haven for the day for us to get some sleep/ hang out in until we were ready for our next move. The basement had a lounge room for all my girls to pile in and get a few hours of sleep as well as whenever we wanted a drink or snack we could go right up stairs and order as needed. AS WELL as it was fully stocked with arcade games and a photo booth to keep us occupied.Ontop of everything they even covered 50% of our food and drink tabs😭 Nolo’s genuinely saved us that day- and i could never be more thankful that we walked into that restaurant that morning. We were met with nothing but kindess and generosity. If you want to go somewhere with kind people , AMAZING food, fun cocktails , and overall an amazing atmosphere I would HIGHLY reccomend Nolos Kitchen & Bar in minneapolis. “My wife and I have been to La Mesa a handful of times and have never been disappointed( including our second date, its a great date spot). La mesa is a hidden gem tucked away in the neighborhood with a great outdoor space in the summer. In my opinion, they have some of the best pizza in the city The corn pizza is my favorite and the weekly special last week was slow roasted pork and chimichurri sauce which was delicious. Great place, good service, and nice atmosphere and would recommend to anyone looking for a fun date night or something different than a bar and grill. I just recommend to a co worker and she really enjoyed it!“

“One of my absolute favorite restaurants in the Twin Cities. They do amazing things with tofu…but pretty much anything you order is absolutely delicious! Such unique tastes. Makes me proud to live in this city and happy to come home when I can’t get Malaysian food when I travel!“

“The pizza is pretty good and I would go back again. My wife and I had a pepperoni and jalapeno pie. The crust was pretty good, I would like a slight bit more chew to it, but flavorful none the less. We really liked the sauce as it wasn't too much and very flavorful. Oddly enough the pepperoni didn't have a lot of flavor, but it had a good bite through and was a good size.

They have a good local beer selection and the atmosphere was nice with a section for pickup and dine in. You can also see them making the pies.

The service was fast, attentive, and she boxed the leftover pie up for us.

Parking is a bit of a challenge, so be prepared to drive around to find a spot on adjacent streets.“
