The carrot and beet starter was colorful and delicious, the salmon and scallop mains impeccable, but the highlight was the dessert of poached pears with a flavored crème anglais sauce for which we insisted on getting spoons to capture every drop. “My husband and I chose to celebrate our one year anniversary here today. It was both of our first times dining at Broders’ and we enjoyed everything about this wonderful experience! Upon arriving we were attempting to take a selfie photo outside and one of the employees opened the front door and asked us if we would like him to take our photo. Tyson so kindly took several photo angles and opened up the door for us as we walked in. It truly felt like we were being welcomed into someone’s warm and inviting home. Our sweet waitress helped me select the most delectable glass of wine I have ever tasted. Words cannot explain how delicious the pasta was… we lapped up every single drop and were in absolute food heaven. To top it all off… we were treated to a free dessert of our choosing along with two chocolate cocoa truffles on the house!! After we finished our meal we went across the street to their storefront to purchase some pasta and sauce to enjoy at some point in the coming weeks. We will definitely be back for all special occasions and certainly for our two year anniversary. If you are looking for a once in a lifetime experience and meal this is the place!! Enjoy!“

“Can I give EATO, ten stars? Food - the best I have had in years; the service - flawless, perfect mix of professional and friendly; the atmosphere - welcoming and casual. I would not have changed a thing! I had a large group of people coming into Minneapolis from all over the country and a few local friends recommended EATO for the group farewell dinner. A few weeks ago I stopped in and talked to the manager, Jason, and he suggested a half restaurant buyout for the group with tables over by the bar. (Excellent idea, it worked out great!) Then he connected me with Chloe who helped me pick menu items so my guests could choose a salad course and an entree course from five options, with optional protein additions, she also printed out custom menus to welcome my guests. Super easy process, and Chloe had great suggestions,. When we arrived Jesse, Connor, and Chloe were ready and waiting at the bar to handle the group of 30 people, serving them drinks with fresh flowers in them, special tap beers, and bubbly Prosecco. I think part of the group also had some killer Old Fashions they raved about. Connor and Jesse were our servers and they moved through the tables taking orders, delivering the food, filling water glasses, getting drinks, etc. The table service was impeccable, these guys know how to treat guests like honored family. (What more could you ask for?!) I don't know the chef's name, but kudos to the kitchen. The food came out quickly, and was plated beautifully. Without fail, every guest told me that their meal was fantastic. I personally had the beet salad (yum!) and the chicken Parmesan. It was the best chicken parm I have ever had, not kidding. “This the best Italian food I’ve ever had in the Midwest and easily the best Italian restaurant in Minnesota. The oxtail pappardelle was amazing and might be the best pasta I’ve had outside of northern Italy. The crème brûlé cheesecake was the perfect ending to an amazing meal. Everything about the food, service and atmosphere was great, the only knock I had was sitting in their enclosed patio area when it’s 10 degrees outside, the heat lamps are plenty warm but you can feel the cold air at your feet. Still a solid 5 out of 5 stars for Terzo.“

“Went here for dinner and the food was so delicious. The drinks are definitely on the pricier side but the Pizzas are to die for. We sat outside which doesn't have the best atmosphere since you're not in front of the restaurant but next to it, in a little side street so it gets a little empty.“

“This spot has been a good staple in the neighborhood for a bit now. You’ll always what you want out of a pizza. The bar is lovely and the staff are always friendly.

We got a half order of the beef skewer and even my picky boyfriend enjoyed it! The seasoning was delicious and it was cooked so well! We’re unfortunately not big vegetable eaters so we skipped the giardiniera that came with it. Highly recommend trying it out if you’re a bit more hungry and just pizza won’t satisfy you.

We got exactly what we wanted which was a pepperoni pizza with ricotta. Was delicious and the only note I have was more ricotta! Otherwise great!!

“Broder's is the best Italian in Minneapolis, and it's not even close. This place is the real deal. If Tony Saprano was a real person and, lived in South Mpls, he'd be a regular at Broder's Cucina. They recently remodeled, and it looks great. I honestly think you could close your eyes and randomly put your finger down on the menu and, whatever it lands on would be amazing. The eggplant parm is my favorite, along with the beet salad. Fuh-gedda 'bout it!“

“Stopped in thinking it was a little Mexican joint, loved the vibe of the place, and staff were great. The decor and music instantly transported me back to one of my favourite bars in the world, over in Glasgow (Scotland) IYKYK.
Was disappointed when we saw the menu and found I had got it wrong and it wasn’t Mexican - that was until we ordered and got to try our food - absolutely phenomenal ??
Amazing American-Asian fusion snacks and plates, and the cocktails were BOMB.

Couldn’t speak more highly of the people working here, who were super nice, really attentive, and made us feel incredibly welcome.

Music choices were also fantastic, contemporary alternative pop/rock/punk with some alt-classics thrown in.

This would be a cool place to go just for the vibes, music and cocktails, but the food and the staff here make this one of my new favourite places here in the Twin Cities.

“We saw this place as we were walking by and looked it up to see what they had. The pizza slices looked good, and the specials are a bargain. We got the lunch special-2 slices and a drink or 1 slice, salad, and drink. I had the cheese pizza and it was delicious. I love genuine, NY style pizza, and this was it. Huge slices, thin crust, good balance of crispy on bottom, and very thin sauce. They had hot honey, balsamic vinegar, and hot chili oil. It's a good deal and a great view if you sit along the windows.

“My husband and I had a lovely dinner here on a Friday night. We sat at a table by the windows. Our waiter was knowledgeable about the wines and helped me pick out a light sweet Moscato that I enjoyed. My husband had a Nojito (spirit free) beverage which contained refreshing citrus and mint. We ordered two antipastos, Burrata and Arancini, which we shared. They both tasted delicious. We each ordered the Pappardelle, like a mushroom ragu with wide pasta. It was very flavorful and the pasta was thin and cooked just right. It was just the right amount of food, not too little or too much. The serving of the courses was perfectly timed. Our waiter did not rush us and checked to see how we were doing. For dessert, we shared a couple of scoops of Pistachio ice cream to end the meal. Many thanks to the chef and our waiter for a great dinner.“

“The pizza is always amazing, but be sure to get there right when they open when the pizza is fresh and there is a large selection. Between 12-2, it’s crazy busy.
The pizza tastes great, with an excellent crust, but don’t bother with the cheesesteak sandwiches. Mine was oily and the chopped steak had chunks of chewy (not in a good way) and rubbery pieces that weren’t appetizing.
The pizza is way better, available immediately and is worth the price. Try them out if you haven’t already!

Vegetarian options: Several of the pizzas by the slice were vegetarian. They change every day, but sometimes there’s Mac n cheese pizza, pickle pizza, margarita, or even trusty cheese pizza. All of which are tasty.

Parking: This location is on the Skywalk in downtown, so parking will be very hard to come by. But it’s a great location if you work nearby or live off the skywalk.“

“Sauce, toppings, and crust combined for a symphony of pizza goodness. Bruschetta tomatoes and cupped old style pepperoni were a nice touch. Hand tossed crust was light and crispy and just the right thickness. The spaghetti and meatballs was very good as well.“

“I did family style catering for a corporate event and had a wonderful experience! Ordering and delivery was easy smooth and on time, and I have never had so many people ask where food is from because they enjoyed it so much. Very grateful for the catering experience I had with the downtown team!“

“I love their Chicken breast sandwich and my kid loved their Mac&Cheese but they have many options with pasta, pizza, and salads. The staff were very welcoming and patience with our order. They have seating upstairs for extra tables. The only issue was the parking. Lovely restaurant!

“I turned up for a slice around 12:15 on a Monday. I saw a sign out front offering a lunch combo for $6.50. Sure enough, you can get a slice, 4 garlic knots, and a 12-oz. soda can for $6.50 here. The knots have a great texture and are seasoned with a subtly garlicky butter sauce. The pizza slice is generous, NY style, foldable. The cheese-sauce-crust ratio is delicately balanced. I'll be back soon for a party of pies.“
