“The variety of pizzas you can get at Punch is astounding. With combinations that I would have never have thought to try on my own. It is the only pizza place I've been to where the pizza manages to feel light and isn't even remotely bad on the stomach. The Vesuvio is a pretty good pizza! Give it a try!“
“I don't often take the time to write a review of a restaurant, but I would have felt guilty if I didn't in this case. Seriously great pizza, with the perfect crust, sauce and toppings - piping hot and served with a smile. The cleanliness of this pizza joint was awesome, the staff friendly and, even though it was super busy, the attention to the customer and product was spot on.Thank you for a great experience and a "perfect pie".“
“I ordered the chicken and shrimp carbonara and it was phenomenal. Their salads are pretty weak though consisting of lettuce mainly, couple slices of tomato and a handful of tiny carrot slivers. pretty decent portion sizes for the price as well.“
“Townsend Barber Institute Pizza Party, celebrating our Veterans, my students and I, really enjoyed the food and everything arrived hot and right on time, we were able to be together and have a great time, the driver was pleasantly surprised when we all chipped in to make their day as well. $$ Can’t wait to enjoy this pizza and wings again, enjoy the pics & videos below.Parking: Delivery this time, but we have also had meals inside and there is plenty of parking.“
“Had an amazing experience for my fist time here! I had the gnocci with cauliflower and orange, sooo good! They also have a local brewery (thats just down the street) on tap. My bartender Tim was very knowledgeable and had a great personality! The place was pretty busy when I went, but I still enjoyed the atmosphere! Overall, great experience!“
“They squeezed us in despite having a full house. We’ve been twice and both times were incredible. I don’t know what is better- the service or the food. Even the burger is one of the best in the cities. Sit at the chef’s table if you can and make sure you get a dessert.“
“DeGiddios is a restaurant I had driven by several times and often looked over, bt after hearing (and reading) so many good things, I knew I had to give it a try. I went with some friends to grab some appetizers and check it out and boy were we surprised. Our hostess greeted us so warmly and walked us to a booth near the back. The restaurant is covered in televisions streaming various sports games which was fun to watch and made the overall environment feel very comfortable. We were almost immediately greeted by our waitor who started us with drinks. I simply got the lemonade, which was good but a bit sweet, before ordering the garlic cheesy bread. The service took about 7ish minutes and boy was I surprised when it came out. The portion was HUGE (a real bang for your buck) and was delicious. I should note that the breadsticks are a bit greasy, but this didn't bother me and the flavor more than made up or this. The garlic flavor was strong but not pungent and the abundance of cheese made for the perfect string pull. Everything is more than reasonably priced and I definitely recommend the appetizers at DeGiddios and am excited to go back and try more!“
“Whoa, all those suggestions are weird. IE has been our favorite place since they opened. The service is always good, the food is always good. It’s a little bit upscale but we regularly bike there so I never particularly care what I wear. Cocktails are good. Amari is really good.“
“The restaurant is very beautiful. The space is fairly large and there are different coves for seating. There's also a decent size bar area. The restaurant is also very aesthetically pleasing. Our server was great and explained everything to us. He was also very knowledgeable about the food choices. I would say the food was just okay. Nothing really to rave about. I don't think there was a single thing we had that I could say was phenomenal. The portion sizes are small, but it's definitely good for a tapas style meal if you get enough. I would give this place a four out of five stars more so because of the great service.“
“Hyacinth is a truly incredible place. The food is beautiful and the atmosphere is relaxed but elegant, I've never had anything but an incredible time here.Vegetarian options: There are multiple vegeterian options throughout the menu.Dietary restrictions: Hyacinth is an alergy aware resturant and is willing to midify dishes to accomodate all dietary restrictions.Parking: There is no parking lot, and Hyacinth is located on a busy stretch of grand ave where street parking is hard to come by. Plan to walk at least a block.Wheelchair accessibility: There are no automatic doors, and there is no accessible parking on the block. Tight seating makes it difficult for wheelchair users to navigate through the resturant.“
“One of the best restaurants in the state, especially their thin crust pizza! They have impeccable ingredients, consistent quality, and a fair price!I miss dining in, the ambiance is cheery and comforting. Maybe they'll open dining in again?Cheers!“
“more of a classy ambiance - great for business meetings, team dinners, dinner with parents (which is what we did!) it's a solid spot, just misses with the "IT" factor. servers are very kind and had great recs we enjoyed. fav dishes: crab cakes, linguine, Rossa pasta & tres leches gelato skip on: risotto, tiramisu (very rummy, unless ur into that) , caramel custard (too sweet)“
“Me and my significant other arrived and we were seated in a timely manner (the bar) and had the pleasure to enjoy some extraordinary drinks and food. We had tried some of everything on the cocktail menu and were absolutely impressed with the quality and the taste of all of it. Highly recommend stopping by for some drinks. We also enjoyed the cauliflower and the chopped cheese, both of which were delicious and warranted their own visit should the craving arise. Overall an excellent experience with friendly and knowledgeable staff who cared and were attentive.“
“The building and decor are beautiful. The cashier was very nice. I would recommend the tomato soup and focaccia. My sandwich was ok cold sandwiches are not my favorite. I also got a delicious tiramisu I think they should come out with some warm ones. A little pricey but overall a good experience.Vegetarian options: They have a couple of vegetarian options but not very many vegan ones.“
“Pizza was good but lukewarm by the slice, deserts are phenomenal. Hand made and delicious. Classic place to visit anytime I'm in St.paul for sure. Just hope next time the pizza is hot and fresh, it's a shame that it wasn't. Love it always though.“
“Awesome salads. My fave is gorgonzola salad and Tuscano Pizza is sausage and red peppers. Great combo. Most times a half salad and pizza is enough for 2. They got booze and all.Vegetarian options: The gorgonzola salad!Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of access even tho parking can be tuff in northeast area. But they have a lot on the side.“
“Prima is one of our favorite date night spots. My husband and I always debate which is the best Italian restaurant in the Twin Cities because we have so many great ones. Prima is our favorite for: fresh seasonal food they grow at their own farm, long-standing servers who remember you each time, always seems to squeeze us in, curbside pickup.Parking: Parking lot is out back with a back entrance by Subway.“
“Very tasty food! Only downfall was they don't have many alcohol drink mixer options. They do have redbull, but they wanted $10 for the pour of vodka and $7 for the redbull.... a $17 drink seems excessive. Thankfully the server pointed it out to me before putting the order in so I chose something else!“
“It is very pricey. That's the first point I need to make. The place is a bit small and hot (temperature wise), second important point. The service was great very attentive. Now the food, damn, the food was very vey good! I think, as of now for me, as I've been to many Italian restaurants in MN, this one might be the best Italian restaurant so far. I will most definitely be coming back. Their desserts were also really good.“
“Yarussos has been a staple in our family for generations. My dad absolutely loved eating here or getting takeout sauce and meatballs. So, when he passed away in November, we knew we had to have his memorial service catered by Yarussos. Jerry and staff are amazing. Thank you for always being there for us!“
“Can I give EATO, ten stars? Food - the best I have had in years; the service - flawless, perfect mix of professional and friendly; the atmosphere - welcoming and casual. I would not have changed a thing! I had a large group of people coming into Minneapolis from all over the country and a few local friends recommended EATO for the group farewell dinner. A few weeks ago I stopped in and talked to the manager, Jason, and he suggested a half restaurant buyout for the group with tables over by the bar. (Excellent idea, it worked out great!) Then he connected me with Chloe who helped me pick menu items so my guests could choose a salad course and an entree course from five options, with optional protein additions, she also printed out custom menus to welcome my guests. Super easy process, and Chloe had great suggestions,. When we arrived Jesse, Connor, and Chloe were ready and waiting at the bar to handle the group of 30 people, serving them drinks with fresh flowers in them, special tap beers, and bubbly Prosecco. I think part of the group also had some killer Old Fashions they raved about. Connor and Jesse were our servers and they moved through the tables taking orders, delivering the food, filling water glasses, getting drinks, etc. The table service was impeccable, these guys know how to treat guests like honored family. (What more could you ask for?!) I don't know the chef's name, but kudos to the kitchen. The food came out quickly, and was plated beautifully. Without fail, every guest told me that their meal was fantastic. I personally had the beet salad (yum!) and the chicken Parmesan. It was the best chicken parm I have ever had, not kidding. Thank you, EATO, for helping me put on a wonderful event! - Libby Huebner, corporate event planner“
“Cannot say enough good things about our experience at Zambonis on 7th!! Stopped in Friday and camped out and ate and loved the entire experience! We attempted to give wild bills our business Saturday night, and after awful service we left and returned to zambonis! The food, drinks, and atmosphere are everything you would want from a local bar/restaurant! Ps...ask for Gus! He is hilarious!“
“Good but why put the toppings under the cheese? The cheese slides right off and the vegetables don't get cooked. Had an incredible amount of raw onion under the cheese that even after scraping all the onions out it still tasted of strong raw onion. I like crispy pepperoni on top not a stack under the cheese lol. Confused but still think it's pretty good.“
“Consistently a very popular restaurant in North Loop, allow extra time to find a table without online reservations. The food does not disappoint, lots of Italian favorites to choose from. We enjoyed the Chicken Parmesan & Chicken Caesar Salad, the wood grilled oysters also seemed to be a fan favorite.“
“Incredible is the best word for this place, intimate, like exclusive, the service and attention was very good, and food, is delicious, the bread with the sauce of olive is a delirious, I just eat the gnocchi, and so Good, delicious, recommended ?%, come back for the Pizza,“
“Our waitress very clearly did not want to be there and another kept running over to make up for her poor/complete lack of service. I felt bad for her. I wish I could have given the tip to the other one who visited our table way more, brought our food and to go boxes, and looked generally uncomfortable to be working alongside our waitress. Hopefully whatever was on our waitresses mind and distracting her was resolved positively.“
“We ate on the 2nd floor balcony tonight and everything was absolutely amazing! We were greeted the second we walked thru the doors, given advice on the best pace to sit, and our server, Thomas, was very knowledgeable about everything on the menu. We ordered the wagyu steak and butternut risotto with blue crab cakes and Caesar salad to start. The food was perfect! The service was incredible, at the atmosphere was homey and romantic at the same time. 10/10 will recommend and we will be back!!“
“Closest thing I’ve found to New York style pizza in Minnesota. Excellent pizza. Great atmosphere. There’s also dining outside on the summer. And they have gelato.Dietary restrictions: They have a gluten-free pizza option.Parking: A few spots in the lot, but more space on the street.Kid-friendliness: They cover the tables with paper and provide crayons.“
“I brought my boss who was visiting Minneapolis for the first time to this place. The pizzas were absolutely delicious. Though for some reason we only ordered four items and ended up spending $150. I’m not saying this is a bad thing, because he paid for the meal. So I guess what I’m trying to say is thank you for making corporate spend money on me. The staff were great and again, the food was incredibly delicious.“
“A great little restaurant Pizza is good (you can get it either baked or pickup one out of their freezer and bake it yourself) the Turkey dinner was amazing, though if you go here they do NOT except Credit Cards this is a CASH ONLY or CHECK accepted Wet small parking lot“
“Outstanding in so many ways. The atmosphere transports u to another place. Seating options are all great including at the fancy bar, in the bar at a high top, fancy dining room and my fav: patio on a warm day. Food amazing, drinks amazing, staff amazing. Easy parking. Italian food store attached. Great for special occasions, happy hour, any time really.“
“We have tried the Grand Ave, Northeast MPLS, Roseville, and Eden prairie locations, and all are fantastic. They are consistent, fairly priced, and delicious. I chose to review the Grand Ave location because of the area - we stopped by Grand Ole Creamery afterwards, and had a great time there as well. Plenty of other places to visit on that streetEach location features plentiful parking, even the high-traffic locations of NE and Grand Ave. They are efficient with the ordering/cooking, and we choose to go here over Black Sheep & Pizza Luce every single timeI enjoy both styles they offer, but usually build my own. The focaccia is good too, but we normally just get pizzas. They freshly shave their parmesan cheese and offer bottles of olive oil and balsamic vinegar to take to your table, which we love“
“Stopped by for an early dinner, there was no wait, which was nice. Had the crab cake as a starter, and that was delicious. Our waitress was super helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. She had excellent timing - knew when to pop in for refills on drinks and waters and overall had a very positive attitude and vibe. We had the Burgers and fries for dinner, and they were amazing! The French Fries are addictive. The only bummer was the limited menu. Everything we had was great. We would have loved more food offerings. We will be back, we had an excellent experience.Parking: Street parking only, read the street signs so you don't get towed.“
“Our three days were just perfect. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and desperate to fulfill their goal of making everything about staying here ideal. Spotless facilities, quiet rooms, comfortable beds, good food… I’m not sure what more to say in order to make my point. One cannot go wrong staying at a Four Seasons!“
“Busy place on Friday just before midnight! They move folks through the takeout line pretty fast. The pizza looked like a solid choice, but I got a Muffuletta hoagie to-go. It was delish. Would love to come back to dine in and try some other items and enjoy the buzzy atmosphere.“
“This place has some of my favorite pizza, even if the ownership changed! Make sure to try it out especially if you like variety. They used to ship the water in from Jersey which made it delicious, can't tell if they still are but still tastes great.“
“I've seen dagwoods recommended on quite a few pages so I made my way in when i had a weekday downtown. It is good, but not outstanding. Friendly counter staff. Quick enough. I just expect a lot out of an Italian sandwich and I've had better. But it's worth a stop“
“Wonderful pie, infinitly better than previous pizza place I reviewed (shout out to Good Times), the woman working was nice and asked how I'd like the pizzas cut. She was a card. Thank you for the wonderful meal. We will be getting more next time we crave some tasty 'Za!!“
“Had a very special celebrations here recently and it was amazing. Staff was awesome, food was delicious and ambiance was top notch. Every person in our party commented on what a great find this place was and how they couldn’t wait to come back. Thank you to the Luci Ancora team for making our celebration so wonderful.“
“I live in the outer suburbs which isn’t close to a Pizza Luce, so I’ve never ordered from here. My friends wanted pizza from here for a wedding shower. I called them to ask for prices, and the man who answered the phone was so friendly and patient. I appreciated it so much. I finally found the online order and ordered that way for curbside pickup the next day. The pizzas and salads were delicious. Worth every dollar!“
“The food and ambiance was spectacular. We love the atmosphere and the lobster ravioli was delicious. Not to mention my Cosmopolitan was awesome. We have been going here for years and never have been disappointed. John does a great job of making everyone feel at home.“
“Grace was awesome & super friendly ! We bellied up at the bar, and I’m glad we did! The menu is amazing, everything looks good it was hard to choose. The venue is super pretty and open. Great location, lots of parking and did I mention amazing food?Cocktails were great as well. They also have a discount for other bartenders and servers. They have lots of local liquor! The entire experience start to finish was perfect. We met the GM afterwards and they were super friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!“
“Nice place! We’d never been here before, but looked for an Italian place Friday evening to break up the fish fry monotony. They seated us right away, service was great, the restaurant is clean, and the food was tasty! Great job Giuseppe’s! We’ll be back again!“
“My wife and I had made a trip into South St Paul to our accountant's office and were looking for Italian food. I was craving a dago sandwich and Angelo's Italian Restaurant did not disappoint! This family run restaurant had a delicious dago sandwich with homemade sauce and a large piece of Italian sausage, we got it to go and it was more than enough for two of us for lunch. Thanks Josh and family for a great dining experience, we will be back to try some more dishes from your menu!“
“We just moved here and Marino's is so far one of our favorite things about our neighborhood. We have been twice and everything we have tried has been fantastic. They are also very helpful and pleasant folks! It's our new regular spot for take out. The pizza sauce is some of the best I've had.“
“What a delight. This place was recommended for one of the must dos in the area and it did not disappoint. It was just after lunch and it was not crowded and quick service. Everything was fresh and flavorful. Meatballs were spot. To top it off I had it with a Fanta which I haven’t had in quite a while. Will be back!“
“Great food, the best spaghetti sauce, best meatballs, the best caesar salad, good prices & portions, it's the best Italian I've found downtown Minneapolis! Every Monday all of the salads are on special for just under $6.50 (including tax). It's hard to find lunch downtown for that price!“
“First time in and this place is very nice. I tried the chicken parm (which I would recommend) the lasagna (which was okay, very cheesy), the crostini (very crunchy), and the chicken salad (which is good). Overall the quality of the food is good but not quite worth the price (similar to a Kowalski’s) in my opinion. Would recommend checking out though.“
“Andrea Pizza has been a fixture in the Skyway for many years. At lunchtime, they crank out pizza by the slice for the hungry office workers in downtown Minneapolis - and it's really, really good. No frills - pick your slices, they put them in the oven to warm, put them on a paper plate and hand you a cup. Quick and easy. A handful of tables to sit at, or take it back to the office. My fave - the veggie artichoke and tomato slice.“
“Walleye is always excellent! Garganzola salad is as well. Spicy chicken penne is wonderful and any salmon is done to perfection. We've been going here for years and never have been disappointed.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps for main dining.“
