“Mice and fruit flies at this location. My soda had a fruit fly in it. Mouse ran across the floor. Staff and manager laughed. One stated their are everywhere in the building. The mouse ran off and this was ok. NEVER EAT HERE AND CLOSE THIS LOCATION“

“Busiest shopping day of the year and had a great experience at Portillo's! Staff was very friendly, and having fun. One lady was dancing around while she was doing her work and singing with the Christmas carols playing overhead. Chris at the pickup counter was super friendly. Guy that took our order was very helpful in making decisions on our order. Thank you Portillo's team!!“

“Friendly staff, even holding the door while their arms are full, felt a little bad! Food was served quickly and was delicious. Waitress was attentive, but not smothering. A lovely evening and dining experience. The salad and soup was top notch as always.“
