I asked the store manager if there was any paprika in the brisket and she said she had no way of knowing. I explained I have an allergy to peppers & she pointed to a small sign that referenced cross contamination & shrugged. There is a big difference between cross contamination and ingredients. Based on the reviews, Café Zupas has the best food, service, and location by far. The staff is always positive, professional, and friendly. The food is very tasty. The sandwiches were awesome, packed with flavor and super fresh. The Cob salad is really good, and the staff allows substitutions. Everything was delicious. The restaurant is cold, so a sweatshirt is needed.
