The 4-star rating has nothing to do with the food or the employees at all. The employees are worked maniacally and the line here is always 10 to 15 minutes long. But that's not their fault and often because of how busy they are they do run out of different Meats but that's also due to mass production.
Everytime I go in the evening time they are out of something it never fails. How is this possible. It’s extremely frustrating to get there and find out they have no rice brown/white. Excuse me where’s the rice mam?

Nice food.. wish they didn't have a pickup order bouncer preventing us from just grabbing our food. I went to get my food and got immediately stopped by an employee like I was snatching it. So weird and offputting :( I do pickup orders to not interact with people.
