Took a chance and drove out to this location over the ones closer to me (which are all horrible) and boy was it worth it. There's ample parking. The line was long - dinner rush - but moved quickly. I witnessed several ingredients get refreshed with efficiency. The burritos I saw ahead of me in line were large. (I got a bowl.) Would definitely come back out to this one again. Can't speak to online ordering but they seem to be running a smooth operation out in West St Paul.

The guy helping me, I believe he was the manager. He was very nice, polite n helpful. He wasn't stingy with the food n it was fresh. I would recommend n go back Everytime I'm in town.
Nice food.. wish they didn't have a pickup order bouncer preventing us from just grabbing our food. I went to get my food and got immediately stopped by an employee like I was snatching it. So weird and offputting :( I do pickup orders to not interact with people.

The 4-star rating has nothing to do with the food or the employees at all. The employees are worked maniacally and the line here is always 10 to 15 minutes long. But that's not their fault and often because of how busy they are they do run out of different Meats but that's also due to mass production.

The WSP Chipotle is consistently out of guac and vinaigrette. Tonight their pico was only tomatoes. This location sucks for anyone ordering a veggie salad.
