Great Culver’s food - the chicken sandwich was fresh, hot, and tasty!The Culver’s signature sauce has just a bit of zip.The raspberry cheesecake custard (FOTD) was disappointing - rather bland, artificial raspberry flavor, and not much of it. Only sad part of the visit.
Culver's has always been spot on with flavorful fresh burgers, but today our burgers were Luke warm and flavorless. The fries were fresh, but what is the deal with their basket meals? Didn't a basket meal consist of burger, fries and Cole slaw? All we got for the price of a basket meal was a mediocre burger a bit greasy and the bacon was so tough I couldn't chew it and a small frie. Seems like they might be downsizing, unfortunately the quality has been downsized as well.

Weird that there are so many hit or miss reviews but our visit was definitely deserving of 5 stars. This was maybe my second or third time ever at a Culver’s so I’m not familiar with the menu. Our cashier (Sa’Nayari?) was very patient and helpful with explaining the foods and sizes. She waited to take our order while we stood there a little lost on the menu but we finally decided on our food and made a few changes (sorry ?).
