“Placed a special order for 6 hot Dagos to bring up North requested by friends. Couldn't have been happier with the amazing service and assistance from the wonderful staff. Kitchen was popping when I arrived, yet they still had my order prepared and ready for transport. They were a hit and we ate well. I didn't get names of the cook or waitress who helped me put this together, but they were wonderful!“
“This is a great old-school neighborhood bar and grill. I was in here today for the Friday fish special and it did not disappoint. “We are new to WSP, and we felt very welcome at 5-8 tonight! Our son is Deaf and autistic, so he has some peculiar behaviors, but we weren't made to feel uncomfortable at all. It was a very warm and accepting experience. We moved up from Faribault where most of the restaurants in town know us and our son, Jack, so we look forward to being regulars at the 5-8 in our new community. Thank you! Oh, and the food was simple, spectacular, and reasonably priced! P.S. I also appreciate that you're a Pepsi establishment!“
“This is a really nice place to go to have a few drinks and just to relax. It's very clean place and there's no drama at all like other places. Also every other Friday they have karaoke from 8:00. Also the food is awesome and the price is fairWheelchair accessibility: The door u go into is flat where a wheelchair can role right in. And their bathroom is wheelchair accessible“
“Went and saw a band on a Friday night. Place was busy and the band was placed in an odd spot. Literally in a busy area of the restaurant. No place to dance but behind us sitting at a rail. Should have removed some tables or had the band perform elsewhere.Waitress never talked to us and went to the bar for all our drinks. Bartender was amazing and fun. Overall great time. Will be back.“
“Lovely brunch! Try the spicy apricot mimosa, it is delightful! Great eggs Benedict with a luscious light hollandaise sauce and a nice piece of thick-cut ham. The classic Bloody Mary gets two thumbs up too! Service is always friendly, warm, and unobtrusive. Can’t wait to go back!“
