“Niki is the best server ever at the Cottage Grove location. We come almost every Friday with our 6 kids. She knows what everyone likes to drink before they order. She is fun, attentive and an absolute pleasure. We will keep coming back!!! We’ve told others!!!!

“My first visit here as my friend brought me. She has been here previously and enjoyed the food. Not last night. She ordered her normal sandwich , and it was not made the way it normally is. Asked bartender about it and he stated that is how it normally is, then said well maybe it was made by another cook differently. Bartender was rude and inattentive, complaining about a previous customer not tipping. After we left, friends told us bartender complained about us also because what was ordered was questioned. For a buy one get one drink special on beer I felt it was way overpriced. I personally will not go back to this particular location again.“

“We had our wedding here in June and I can't say how well they did. Accommodating before hand for checking set up, meal choice and assuring us an easy day. To the day of, all was set up for our finishing decorations, they had plenty of staff for drinks, dinner and throughout the day and everyone was kind and helpful. The food was delicious and flavorful, so much that our guests were talking about it afterward. While it's not the flashiest place the outside pictures turned out beautifully and everyone had a great time with plenty of space. Plus we used the bags and bocce ball areas and our guests enjoyed having more things to do. Might take a little bit to respond to emails only because they are always going and helping. Also great to have all prices listed on their website easy to find.“

“First time there. Stopped to pick up their Friday night fish fry to go. Plenty of food for 2. The back room had a country western band that was loud and no decor with a cement floor and plastic rectangular church basement tables in rows. The fish fry was OK, lots of sides - Cole slaw (tasty but heavy on dressing), greens beans (canned, overcooked and my husband was disappointed they had onions mixed in), garlic mashed potatoes or a baked potato, Texas toast and choice of 3 flavors of pudding. I got the mashed potatoes and although they were garlicky enough, I can see why most people went with the baked potato with an add your own sour cream option. Ok, but not exciting enough to go back for take out and definitely wouldn't want to eat in.“

“Wonderful Friday fish fry. Fish was cooked in beer batter and served hot and fresh. Tasty sides and outstanding dessert. Great value and service was quick, very quick, and the entire waitstaff seemed to be enjoying the entire experience. Very pleasant experience. We'll be back. Thanks“
