“I went to Cottage Grove Culver's with a friend yesterday and was inspired to write a review because the service was well above average. My friend got the flavor of the day frozen custard, which was a devil's food cake chocolate flavor. It looked delicious and I said that out loud. One of the employees there, Brayden, overheard me say that and brought me a free sample. That was so thoughtful and the kind of service one might expect from a sit-down restaurant with servers. It makes me so happy when someone takes pride in their job and exceeds expectations. Besides the excellent service, I have always been impressed with the quality of Culver's food from burgers to salads to custard.“

“Initially they made a mistake with my order. I called in and spoke to Jonas that same day. He assured me that I can come back and get my order corrected. Well, life got busy and I wasn’t able to make it in for about 3 weeks. I called and spoke to Jonas, he checked his notes and honored his promise. When I got there he even offered me a drink. Really great guy and I appreciate the service I received. Thanks Jonas.“

“food was good as always, waitress was on top of refills and very friendly, downside to that place is far too many car side to go spots, barely any regular close to the building parking, and cant really tell if parking is for hotel adjacent to the restaurant or actual Applebee's parking. I would go back and rethink the car side to go spots making it only two vs 7 freaking spots.“
