“This is our neighborhood store and we've never had anything but good experiences. But tonight I ordered a mini Reese's blizzard before realizing it is $5.00 for that tiny cup! So I figured it would be my last, but then the girls working gave me a cup with all ice cream and just a dusting of Reese's. We were waiting for my son's blizzard and no one was waiting, so I showed it to them and asked what happened, especially given how expensive it is. The 3 girls argued with me that "a mini gets one scoop" and there actually was candy, even if it couldn't be seen or tasted. Finally one admitted that it was the end of the day (it was 8:00), so the Reese's was almost empty. I asked if I could just have my money back and they gave me the refund with no problem. But I wish they had just said they were out instead of giving me an expensive cup of ice cream, then trying to convince me there was invisible candy. I know these are kids working and I don't usually complain, but this seems like something to mention and I know some people wouldn't be as patient, especially when being told they just couldn't see or taste it!“

All of their food was restaurant recipes and not frozen food type if you know what I mean and I wanted to try everything on the menu! We narrowed it down to their wings, I was skeptical of chicken thigh style wings but pleasantly surprised they were amazing, lightly battered and meaty!!! The burgers were double patty, fresh bakery buns and delicious; side choices house made chips or fries. Guests next to me had fresh battered fish and the cheese curds, they gave two thumbs up too and said they do date night here every week❤️ Service was friendly and professional and a little slower to take our food order but again they were slammed not their fault. Food came out promptly. Now onto the drinks, they had a house beverage list with plenty of options but I will say for $12-$13 a drink that came with a huge ice cube I had it devoured in a few sips; I’d like more bang for my buck here and due to that I refrained from ordering another drink and resorted to a beer. Perfectly cooked; not dry at all, juicy, with a bit of crisp. Large wings and drumsticks with quite a bit of meat compared to the other wing places in our hometown. The jerkalo was loyally buffalo with just the right kick to be truly "hot." I found the tarantula to be perfectly balanced between the soy sauce and honey; it was neither salty or sweet, just the right amount of each for a harmonious tang. Unfortunately, we didn't find the seasoned fries appealing. It was a bit too sweet for our palate. Wings were awesome though and that is what really mattered!“

The atmosphere is nice, you won't get faster food at a restaurant than almost any other, it's almost magical. The speed and service have improved significantly over time but as I said so have the prices. It's still more affordable than most other places but I'm going to miss the $8 meals. Food is better than average but it won't exactly have you coming back for it. The malts are very delicious and as the name suggests is what they're best at. Take this as a light 5 star review. Drinks came out quickly and the sever got our food order and we played some pulltabs to pass the time. Little did we know there wasn't much time as the kitchen had our food out quickly and it was hot and fresh. Upon finishing our food the waitress got busy with several other tables and the bartender all but refused to help her. We ended up clearing our own table and setting it on the bar for the bartender to help. The wings were done properly and mildly seasoned, which is exactly what we were looking for. The onion ring are top shelf!! The beer batter is not too thick, and the onions are nice, thick slices that are slightly sweet. These were some of the best onion rings I've had in a long time. The wait staff was excellent. “I went to Culver's and ordered two meals, only to find that one of the burgers was missing when I got home. I called to alert them and they acknowledged their mistake and asked if I wanted to return for a replacement. I did (hangry) and they made a fresh mushroom Swiss burger that was missing upon my initial arrival. It would have been nice to have some other form of restitution as I had to make another trip to Culver's, but the food and service was outstanding and they were extremely apologetic. I ordered in the drive thru so I cannot comment on the ambiance of the restaurant, but in previous visits, it's always been great. I will definitely return in the future and will be sure to double check my order before leaving next time.“

The minute we walked in it smelled so good and the customer service was great a young lady who said she's been there a year or so was so welcoming.
