As ordering in store has become an increasingly hands off/use the kiosk scenario, I was shocked when an employee asked if I was ready to place my order with her at the counter. As more and more McDonalds will refuse to help you out, other than shuffle you over to the big screens, refusing even consideration of taking your order themselves, it was nice to know that there are some places left that understand the value of customer service and a moniker of human interaction and decency! “Conny's Creamy Cone is definitely worth the stop! It was very busy when we visited, so expect a bit of a wait—but that's usually a good sign. The menu has a huge selection of ice cream, shakes, sundaes, and treats, so there's something for everyone. If you're patient during the rush, you'll be rewarded with some really tasty ice cream. “The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“

“Omg, I am so happy I found this place while looking for the best burritos in town. I got the burrito carne asada- which was SO GOOD. Not over done, meat was perfect and loved the avocado inside it. The tortilla was so fresh and delicious as well. Perfectly served with green salsa. The esquite was freaking amazing. Can’t wait to come back for one of the amazing looking dogo hot dogs.

All kinds of spicy levels are covered here so it’s something everyone can enjoy. So far I’ve tried MN Nice, Mini Coop, Coop, and Growlin’, all solid choices depending on my mood. The Texas toast, dipping sauce, fries, and pickles all elevate the chicken tenders.“

“We were there for Sunday breakfast and all of our food was excellent. I also had a Bloody Mary that was very good! There were two servers on duty. One came over just after we sat down and told us our server would be right with us and could she take our beverage order. When our server came to our table, she was already aware of our beverage order. Very good service!“

It's not indicated as such on the website and several employees *do not know* that the wild rice comes with sausage mixed in and cannot be included separately as vegetarian. This is my one and only complaint and it breaks my heart because everything else is awesome but this lack of communication around seemingly vegetarian-safe ingredients is quite frankly a health risk.“
