“My experience was pleasantly surprising. As ordering in store has become an increasingly hands off/use the kiosk scenario, I was shocked when an employee asked if I was ready to place my order with her at the counter. As more and more McDonalds will refuse to help you out, other than shuffle you over to the big screens, refusing even consideration of taking your order themselves, it was nice to know that there are some places left that understand the value of customer service and a moniker of human interaction and decency! Bravo 👏“

“One of the worse sandwiches I have had! I will NEVER understand how an employee can begin to make your sandwich knowing full well the bread is as hard as a rock!!!!!
The lettuce was old. I tried holding a quick conversation with both employees & they were so unfriendly is was just a really bad experience.“
