“We go to Culver's in WBL a few times a month. My oder for the Bacon, cheese Butterburger has yet to be correct. Always missing an ingredient. This past Wednesday we went. Our meal was good and arrived quickly. When we ordered our dessert
it was so tiny we thought it was a joke. We ordered the flavor of the day. It truly barely covered the bottom of the dish. For $6 something I expect better. I love this location and have just decided it eon't be perfect so we continue to go. I have spoken to employees there and now just except that our order will usually not be correct. Never to order the flavor of the day again.“

“For an order ahead on the app meal, later on a TH night(after 8:45p), I didn't expect the drive thru wait time to be so long. There were 5 cars ahead as I pulled in and spent a good 15 min isn the line to get my order. Not sure what was up? This isn't my usual McD restaurant to visit.“

“I wish they would remember to put sugar into my iced coffee when I order extra sugar be added to it via the McDonald's app. 4 out of 5 times when I go through the drive-thru and order 3 additional sugars for my iced coffee, no extra sugar is added and then I have to go through the drive-thru and wait in the drive-thru line for another 10 minutes to get it added or go inside. This is making me want to discontinue ordering an iced coffee with my breakfast sandwich from now on. Other than this, which happens here repeatedly, I like most everything else about using the drive thru here.“

“Service and atmosphere were excellent, especially for a fast food place; the burgers and fries are decent quality when you're in the mood for them. I am, of course, talking about the Culver's less than a mile away, because when I wanted BK for once and stopped here, I was told at the drive through to "come back in 10-15 minutes" with no explanation.“

“The food was great for the amount i paid, the restaurant was clean and despite being the only person working at that point the worker Melonie was super happy and did a great job making my meal if i were her manager i would give her a raise, i will gladly go back and eat here again“

“There was 10 customers plus a few kids when I walked in the employees Michael and Josh were workin the kids were fussy and hungry Josh and Michael made the kids laugh and smile and with some good teamwork the got everyone taken care very quickly“
