I wish they would remember to put sugar into my iced coffee when I order extra sugar be added to it via the McDonald's app. 4 out of 5 times when I go through the drive-thru and order 3 additional sugars for my iced coffee, no extra sugar is added and then I have to go through the drive-thru and wait in the drive-thru line for another 10 minutes to get it added or go inside. This location has always been hit &
miss but lately Newer staff members seem untrained, lack of customer service and this is the 2nd time I have been thru the drive thru and had multiple missing items in my bag, 1st off the order total was $17.83 the young girl couldn't make change sat there for about 4 minutes and she just looked at me through the window, I finally said F it and pulled ahead so now my order cost me $20 ( easy way to increase profits or force a tip) then I...read full review
I’d not recommend eating in the children’s space without self sanitizing the table first. Came in at six o’clock on a Saturday and two tables were filthy and an employee brought us our meal and walked right past the mess. 😳🙄(the one is only cleared because my husband is a good soul and picked it up)
