“What a cute little place! I ordered the kalbi bibimbap. The beef was plenty and so well seasoned and tender. The rice was cooked perfectly. All the sides that came in it like the carrot and picked cucumbers were so perfect and delicious. It has all the korean flavors I was craving. The service was also fantastic. The owners were so kind and friendly. I will be coming back :-)”

“I almost order a pizza from Dominos (med pan 3 toppings) total for delivery was $30.75 before tip. Got a lunch and appetizer delivered. $27.00 with tip. AND THIS WIIL TASTES GOOD instead of cardboard with tomato soup on it.”

“Great vibes, great staff.
We came in while exploring our pub pass locations both this and last year and they don't disappoint! It's a nice area with a bit of a lake view from inside. Outside seating with games and stuff.
The passion fruit seltzer was amazingly flavorful and the pizza (we got the combo) was pricey but good. Nice and crispy with a good amount of toppings and cheese. Had a lovely time!”

My daughter has celiac and sam said anything on the menu can be gluten free, she loved the chicken and broccoli and he even packaged it separately to ensure it was safe for her. Highly recommend!”

“This place is a solid dive bar that takes you right back to the '70s. It's not fancy, just good drinks at great prices. The place is super relaxed, and the crowd is friendly and laid-back. It’s in the heart of downtown. This bar is an adults type place, though—wouldn't recommend bring the kids. If you're looking for a no-frills spot to grab a drink and relax, this is it. Highly recommend!”

“My husband and I were in the area so we decided to stop in. We were on a time crunch so we ordered some easy stuff such as finger foods and fried rice. I was in the mood for something beefy but wasn't really in the mood for pho or anything soupy so I ordered the beef bulgogi instead. The food took a while to be served but the server was pretty cool so we didn't mind. When we got our food, the finger food was pretty good. The spicy fried chicken we ordered was good. The fried rice was bland. The bulgogi, however was disappointing. Instead of using a type of meat with some marble in it, they used the eye round, the leanest part of the cow, and grilled it up. I get it. It's already sliced thinly for pho but the eye round pieces that was used was pretty thick. The whole thing was dry and chewy. There was barely any sauce glazed over the meat. Please don't be cheap. If you're going to put a certain dish on your menu, serve it properly with the correct type of meat. If you don't want to use a more expensive cut such as ribeye, which is the correct section of beef to use, then go with the chuck meat. We hear good things about the sushi so maybe next time we'll stop in for that.”

“Visited soft open tonight as we saw the info when we were in White Bear Lake on Sat. Service and atmosphere were great, a bit disappointed in menu and pricing as it is the same as the Alchemist. $90 for pizza & 3 beverages!!”

“First time here. You order at the counter here, then food is brought out. The pancakes and sausage were fantastic! Nice little place to meet someone to catch up or stop to grab a coffee. Also have outdoor seating for the nicer days.”

“Overall great atmosphere and the food is quite good other than the fries which gave me a yucky tummy from the grease. I was shocked, however, to be charged $7 for hot tea! SEVEN DOLLARS. Seriously? It's water and a cheap tea bag. 🤨 Another reason to stick with lukewarm tap water when eating out. Also be aware that there is a 2.9% fee for using a credit card. I'm not sure if it's noted on the menu but it's on the bottom of the check.”

“My boyfriend and I had a date night here and had an incredible time. Atmosphere is comfortable, we loved both the outdoor upstairs deck and the inside ambiance. He had an old fashioned and said it was one of the best old fashions he’s ever had. I went for the Stoneleigh Sauvignon Blanc and I would come back just for this wine. We also got the Jalepeno Popper flatbread and spinach artichoke dip, and absolutely loved both. We will definitely be back!”

“Great food. Atmosphere is kid friendly. And fun with friends also. Cops in white bear can be a bit of a pest though. But it is clos e to the freeway. And they keep products in the women's bathroom if you need them. On bingo night make sure to make reservations.”

“I had saved my points for a trip north to Duluth, and as is our tradition, my wife and I stopped at our favorite Caribou location before departing. I redeemed my points for a complimentary beverage and lemon loaf. While the coffee tasted fine, it was lukewarm despite our request for it to be extra hot. Although our initial interaction with the representative who took our order was excellent, the service quality diminished afterward. Unfortunately, this was not one of our better experiences at this establishment.”

“the manager is just as rude as he was when I worked there years ago. he was VERY rude to my dad when he came in tonight and im upset my dad didn't let me go in there and say something. I don't care if it's busy and you are overwhelmed, I worked there for years and understand the stress, but you don't tell a customer you can't do something when you absolutely can, and it wasn't even your order you were doing so you should have kept your bald head back in the kitchen with your nasty tone to yourself. Dee is one of the worst managers ever, besides Nick and Terry. Dawn needs to put Dee through some kind of managment kindness courses.”
