The green curry was wonderful!!
We have been regulars for over 5 years and absolutely LOVE this place. The sesame chicken, PHO, spring rolls, won tons and pad thai always come out perfect. So so good and reasonably priced!
Great Pad Thai with a reasonable portion for lunch at an appropriate price based on the smaller portion.

Rachel Thai Cuisine is a hidden gem in White Bear Lake. The food is fresh and delicious, with generous portions. Guests love the beef pho with its flavorful broth, the chicken pad Thai with medium heat, the paw see yew, the drunken noodles with shrimp, and the veggie spring rolls. The coconut curry soup is also good. The "hot" spice level is perfect and flavorful. It is not a fancy place and does not look like much from the outside, but the food is excellent. This is the real deal and the best Asian food for takeout.
