I wish I didn’t live 5 hours away. Always make it here when I’m in MSP- the food is about the best Thai I’ve had.
The food here was tremendous. Highly recommend the egg rolls and gang panang.
Wife and I agreed they’re the best egg rolls we’ve had in years.
The chicken gang panang was exactly what I was looking for craving a coconut curry.
The service was fine, brought our food out after making it fresh. Would work equally well as take out. Seemed a little pricey, $50 for 2 meals and egg rolls so not cheap but not crazy.

Grew up in white bear and always loved this spot, ended up moving away for a bit but now I'm back and had to see if they still got it... THEY SURE DO!! great food, great service, cool to see the family still in there doing the dang thing, and doing it dang well too. I recommend Ban Thai to many and i will surely continue to do so.
