Love the food, atmosphere and staff! The menu is not busy and offers great choices. Cocktail, draft and drink selection is spot on. But honestly, Pizzeria Pezzo is much, much better than prepackaged Parmesan cheese and red pepper Yes!...They have Parmesan and pepper packets at the table. much to the servers chagrin.
I've purchased pizzas from Pezzo on several occasions and they do make one of the best deep dish pizzas in the twin cities. However there is an unapologetic arrogance about this place e that runs me the wrong way. The suggested tip of 20% on a pick up order, the 60 min wait for a pizza, and deft comment that they don't supply plates and utensils from the hostess all make this a difficult place for me to spend my money. A friend recommended Pezzo for a ladies night out. My first time there. Food, service and servers were great and it was a very busy Home Coming night. I recommend it highly. I’m very thankful for the extra service I got when I needed it.
