Just now 08/12/23 3:30pm, I ordered a Medium decaf with cream on the side, like I do everyday. Alex O. Asked me which Decaf? I said what do you have available? He said we have no Decaf? This Caribou is my most favorite in the White Bear Lake area! I see people complain about time but for me that’s okay. It’s busy here a lot so waiting is fine by me they can only move so fast with so many workers and such long lines of customers.If I have issues with my order they usually fix it up for me without an issue. Had the BEST drink I've had from a caribou in a while! You guys rocked it!This is NOT my regular location, but wish it was!(I always order the same drink-hot chocolate with a pump caramel, side marshmallows.... yet lately they have been almost straight milk with whip cream on top, not chocolatey at all. Guessing not incorporated correctly.)
