Friendly, quick, easy service. Delicious coffee. Staff helped me find good alternatives to caffeine for a young child. Highly recommend!
I love coming to this Caribou Coffee. Mariah especially deserves a shoutout. She is always so incredibly friendly and welcoming. No matter what she’s doing, whether she’s working the drive-through or busy making drinks, she always makes a point to say hi to me. That little bit of kindness and recognition truly makes such a difference and makes me feel like a valued regular.

The Caribou Coffee in the White Bear Lake area is a popular destination for many customers, despite occasional service challenges. The drinks, particularly the hot chocolate, are often praised for their excellent quality. However, some customers have reported issues with their orders, especially when requesting specific customizations. The staff's attentiveness and the cleanliness of the establishment could be improved, as some customers have noticed a lack of table wiping and trash removal. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Customers appreciate the busy environment, understanding that it can lead to longer wait times. For those willing to overlook the cleanliness concerns and occasional service mishaps, Caribou Coffee remains a go-to spot for a satisfying beverage in the area. The mint condition, a customer favorite, is not offered by any of the competitors, making this location a unique and preferred choice for many.
