I love coming to this Caribou Coffee. Mariah especially deserves a shoutout. She is always so incredibly friendly and welcoming. No matter what she’s doing, whether she’s working the drive-through or busy making drinks, she always makes a point to say hi to me. A little disappointed at this location. However, I am just as much to blame. I ordered a latte for my birthday beverage. I'm guessing because it was a hot summer day, they assumed I wanted this iced. I should've clarified that I wanted a HOT latte, not iced. For clarity, always state what temperature you expect your beverage to be.
