I went to this location tonight at 11:30pm. The young man working was completely alone. He had a line of 10 cars and I could see the mobile order tickets printing behind him when I got to the window. He had such a good attitude and was so kind. If I had cash I would have tipped him. I hope this franchise rewards hard workers like him because they are hard to come by. Way to go dude!!
So i know the delivery goes though doordash but its McDonald's responsibility to make sure the order is right. Just got my order and there were no drinks. Everything was cold. O and here's the kicker my daughter's happy meal wasn't even in the happy meal box. The happy meal box was still folded up and put in the bag. O and another thing we don't even live any where close to white bear lake. I'm from maplewood. What type of ppl do have working there. For real. Get it together
I have been to this locations multiple times, and it’s usually very clean. That was not the case today, I ordered at the kiosk then went to find a place to sit, every table was dirty, some had trash, and one even had a spill that they put a wet floor sign over rather than mopping it up. When my food was ready I let them know that every single one of the tables were dirty, they just said “sorry about that” and continued on. I asked for my food the be bagged to-go...read full review
