“I had a large catering order and called ahead to request that the fries be cooked a little longer so they would stay crispier by the time we received the order. She was very accommodating, took care of the request without hesitation, and was a pleasure to speak with. Excellent customer service!“

“I'm not a big fan of Dairy Queen but this is a solid location. I have stopped by twice now for a black and white milkshake and they are consistently decent. Fast and convenient through the drive-thru but you'll get a better one at a local spot. Overall, for a Dairy Queen, this is a good location, but I'd stick with the local spots.“

“So I occasionally stop at this location. There has been small hiccups from time to time such as soda cups overflowing and dripping all over the place, asking for sauce and not getting it. And even getting our order wrong once or twice, such as putting cheese on a lactose intolerant child's burger. With all of that I try to be understanding when they are busy, especially since I also myself used to run a restaurant for many many years. But today's experience is absolutely the most unprofessional that I have encountered in a long time. I placed a small breakfast order online. When I pulled up to their window I was informed that they did not have my order. I showed the manager my confirmation number and that it was for his location. He just kept saying I don't have it, I don't have it, there's nothing I can do. Being extremely dismissive and had a arrogant smile on his face. When I asked him what the corporations phone number was so that I can call them to resolve the matter and at least get my money back. He said that he does not have that information, ( I told him he was lying) I informed him that I myself used to run a restaurant and that I do know that managers would have that information and it is their job to provide that to a asking customer. He just kept smirking and saying I don't have it, we don't have it, we don't know anything. He worked the morning shift, looks to be between 30 ald 40, mid build and African. You my sir have no customer service or problem solving skills. You most definitely do not belong in a management field to deal with customers directly. Wendy's do better. I never paid attention to this before but now I understand why your star rating is SO low here. You could definitely benefit from some customer service training. Everyone else, not worth buying here. That was the last straw for me I most definitely will not be back here or any other one again.“

“I was behind the lady complaining about her online order being 30 minutes late, TC something???? Truth is, it's all a lie. The poor sandwich lady had a huge line and was doing her very best. That lady cut the entire line and demanded her sandwiches to be made first. This location is known for its great regulars. I'm sorry the employee had to put up with this bad customer. I will definitely return over and over. That lady seems to leave only bad reviews according to her account.“

“I got the triple berry crepe with dark chocolate sauce and it was delish!! The star of the plate was the unassuming whipped cream. I’ve never had whipped cream like it before and it’s honestly the best I’ve ever tasted so don’t skimp on it. I also tried one of the croffels and was blown away by the many layers familiar to croissants made crispy by being cooked in a waffle iron. I can’t say enough about the flavors and textures experienced at Paris Crepes & Boba Tea. The cherry on the top is the speedy and friendly service. This place is a must try if you enjoy crepes and croissants. 👍🏼👍🏼“
