She made sure our sandwiches were correct and apologized for the wait explaining that she was working alone. Props to Meghan who showed up, and worked hard all by herself through a holiday weekend lunch rush. She deserves all the praise.“

“Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru, didn’t get my food and a crew member checked in on why I didn’t get my food yet. The manager promptly came out gave me my food and 2 free basket coupons. I realized they forgot the fries and pulled a u-ey and asked for them. They gave me the fries and a third free basket coupon. Left with a smile on my face and 3 free meals!“

“We go here waaaaaay more often than I care to admit and I have to say, every single time is a joy. Not just because the food is amazing (and consistent) but because the staff are truly kind and attentive! There is always someone walking around, wiping down tables. We are always greeted with a smile. One time, my youngest daughter told one of the workers that she wanted to work at Culver’s when she grows up and they brought her a flippin’ hat! How cool is that? I mean, it’s just par for the course with this place. Phenomenal staff, great food, and our family always leaves happy.“

“I ordered the new mexican hot chocolate blizzard. I was unsure about it. And the guy said, if you don't like it, we will give you another one.
I tried it and it honestly it didn't taste like hot chocolate.
And I did not like it.
I went back up and the guy gave me another one. Like he promised.
And he said, I could choose any blizzard, I chose the brownie one, it was delicious.
That's why 5 stars on atmosphere. Five stars on service and four stars on food.Because i'm disappointed in their new blizzard.“

“My son and I stopped by yesterday after a tough loss on the soccer field. I attempted to cheer him up with a #3, Mikes Way. The manager and crew were amazingly generous — they just had a big order cancel, and gave us the extra subs! Made my son smile, and we were the champs bringing lunch home to the rest of the fam! ❤️“

“Went through the drive through and when we pulled up there were three cars in front of us but moved along pretty quickly. Places out order and got to pull up to the window. Was informed that we were waiting on the curly fries and were asked to pull into one of the parking slots to wait. I was thinking that we were just being sent into the void but it was only a matter of a few minutes and our order was brought out. Very friendly and courteous workers from speaker to bag hand-off. Great surprise and great service. Food was fresh and tasty so it was a great job all the way around.“

“We go to Culver's in WBL a few times a month. My oder for the Bacon, cheese Butterburger has yet to be correct. Always missing an ingredient. This past Wednesday we went. Our meal was good and arrived quickly. When we ordered our dessert
it was so tiny we thought it was a joke. We ordered the flavor of the day. It truly barely covered the bottom of the dish. For $6 something I expect better. I love this location and have just decided it eon't be perfect so we continue to go. I have spoken to employees there and now just except that our order will usually not be correct. “I come to this Dairy Queen just about every Saturday, and I have always enjoyed coming here. The food is usually fresh, and most of the employees are very friendly and pleasant.
Arianna is always so nice when we come in. She greets us with a smile and is always willing to suggest something new for us to try. Thanks to her, I tried the new apple cheesecake, and I have to say, it is now one of my favorites! My husband and I stopped in on Friday this week because we had a wedding to attend the next day. Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience with one of the employees. She was very rude and had quite an attitude with us. She slammed our drinks down on the counter, and when I asked politely for a spoon, she rolled her eyes at me and walked away. Thankfully, another employee was kind enough to get one for me.
After that, once our order was finished, she went over to a gentleman and began canoodling with him right there in the restaurant. I found this to be very inappropriate and unprofessional while she was supposed to be working. I did mention what happened to Arianna, and as usual, she was very kind and helpful. She listened to my concerns and treated me with the same respect and kindness she always does. I have had many good experiences at this Dairy Queen, and I do not want one unpleasant interaction to overshadow that. The majority of the employees are wonderful, and the food is always fresh. I have even had an issue with cold fries before, and Arianna made sure they were replaced fresh and even gave me a free upgrade. I would still recommend this Dairy Queen to others. Hopefully, the employee I had the issue with was simply having a bad day, because I have always enjoyed coming here and will continue to do so. Keep up the good work to all the employees who make this a nice place to stop for a treat!“

Got the strawberry angel cake blizzard amd they put strawberries in there. The other DQ I went to in south Minneapolis didnt do that which is surprising. “The girl that prepared my order the last time I visited was an absolute gem and I told her so! I've been going to this Subway location since it opened and I have never been waited on by a more upbeat and pleasant individual anywhere. She genuinely seemed happy to be there and showed care in preparing my sandwich. Definitely not something I encounter at other fast food restaurants. I find that I am usually greeted by indifference, inconsistent foodservice quality, and an attitude of disdain which basically comes down to staff that doesn't want to work, poor management, or no manager on site.“

“Had a mushroom burger was dripping in grease that it went all over my lap. Came back to get the custard scoop for the kids . Waited a long time to get the one scoop for 2 kids. The giant group of over 8 that came in behind us got their full meal before we got out simple scoop of ice cream.
I still like culvers just a werid visit. The staff were chatting too much with customers as they walked by and you could tell they were a little bothered and wanted to be left to enjoy their meals.“
