Expensive now days.Staff quality is below average.Paying via card is shady. As in, it asks for a tip and automatically adds a %. If you just keep hitting ok or next like most people do... you will unknowingly tip the "recommend" amount. This happened to me. Even being asked for a tip in this specific scenario is almost offensive in the first place... let alone the shady card machine.Parking: When busy... the parking lot gets full or nearly full. There were three employees, two appeared new and then the managerThe problem was the manager. Long wait because of the . Manager thought it was more important to pack cookies than help with the backlog and out of control web orders. He was supposed to ring my order up and grab few cookies and he just walked into the back for a long time. When he finally came back and got our cookies I noticed later that my cookie bag had been used as a note pad before being used for our food....read full review

They made the sandwiches right and worked through the line quickly. Issue was one member was in the bathroom with a friend, and the other was in back not responding to the people lining up. I stood for 8 minutes before they noticed there was a line of customers after I coughed loudly and there was 6 or 7 customers in front of me and a couple after me.
