“So I have drove by here at least 100 times in the last 2-3 months. I have wondered, I have mentioned it to the boyfriend, and I always kept going cause they looked so busy. Tonight we stopped!! It was so worth it, I thought I had ordered something other than what I got, (I did order what I got) but they offered to get me what I wanted to order, I'm so glad I said no I will eat this, (the Carnita Torta) it was amazing and so filling. I can not wait to try something else. Let me mention as well it was within an hour of closing and we were welcomed in as if they just opened. (That is so impressive these days.) Everyone was so kind and welcoming. The price was right, the food was amazing, and the service was so welcoming I felt like I had been going there for years, come to find out they just opened this past May 2022. Panchos really reminded me of a place I went to while in Cabo... Keep up the great work. We will be back sooner than you think cause they are open for breakfast too. If you haven't tried Panchos yet, stop what you are doing and go! Go for Breackfast, lunch or dinner! You will not be disappointed.”

“I wish it was a star point system to review. I usually love britos burrito. The location on Nicollet is really convenient for me. I would probably give it three stars. I always ask for one scoop of rice and they always give me extra. I ask for a little bit of corn and they put a heaping scoop on the one thing that really frustrates me is that when I ask for extra cheese, they put a pinch on and if I ask for more, they get angry and tell me that I’m going to have to pay for it. The service leaves a lot to be desired, but the pricing is good, which is why it is three stars and not five.”

“We were in town for the USA Cup and really wanted some good Mexican food. This place did not disappoint. Food was delicious, our waiter was so kind and helpful. It is a clean atmosphere. Large portions. The chips and salsa on the table were so fresh and delicious as well. Will definitely be a spot we hit up again when we are in town as we are from Chicago.”

“My boyfriend and I came in today (Sunday July 5) at 12:30 for lunch. Meghan was running the show alone. She was not only kind, but she was also efficient. She made sure our sandwiches were correct and apologized for the wait explaining that she was working alone. Props to Meghan who showed up, and worked hard all by herself through a holiday weekend lunch rush. She deserves all the praise.”

“First, I have never eaten Filipino food before. I read their website and saw it was sweet and savory instead of spicy, which is perfect. I am not a spicy girl. When I arrived with my mother, we were immediately greeted by the owner. She took our orders and then we sat down. A few minutes later, her husband stopped by with our drink (halo halo) and explained how to stir it to blend all the flavors together.
Overall, it was a wonderful, friendly experience. The food was phenomenal and reasonably priced, the restaurant was decorated superbly, and the owners were amazing. I definitely plan on returning in the future.”
