“Took my family here after church for lunch and some ice cream. Great experience. Food taste good and ice cream was wonderful. Got the strawberry angel cake blizzard amd they put strawberries in there. The other DQ I went to in south Minneapolis didnt do that which is surprising. Anyways, would definitely come back here for a bite and some desserts!”

“10/24/2020 6:03pm So happy to have Jersey mikes in town! This is my 3rd time at this current location, first time going into the shop rather then just ordering online! But tonight was by far the most bizarre experience. To start, the young lady at the register was using the plexiglass as a Mirror to re-braid her hair! Legit took the ponytail/binder out of her hair pulled the hair off the ponytail/binder, set it on the counter rang a costumer up and then re-braided her hair!!! (I’m a former employee of a subway, I was shocked!) We had a large order, it’s a new place in town, chaotic. I then got some tomatoes that shoulda been disregarded, never served. I still tipped 10% because I appreciate them being busy and new but tonight was by far mind blowing!”

“I just had one of the best customer service experiences in recent months. I was having a hard time getting my caribou card to allow me to pay for my order in the app. The gal at the register was super helpful, reminded me of a buy one get one half off deal and was working hard to get orders out. I over heard her supporting her team and keeping them positive. I didn't catch her name but she had long blond braids in and I think her name started with an A. She left me a free drink ticket in my order because I was having a hard time with the app. It was super refreshing to see such great customer service and a hard working young gal at her job! Would definitely return!”
