“Nothing better than going to Dairy Queen for some soft serve ice cream. It's the best!!

However, the DQ in Plymouth off Rockford Road needs their employees better trained for customer service. They were very rude to me when I asked them if I could buy a bunch (4 boxes) of dilly bars and buster bars for my crew. They said I could only buy one box, as they just opened and need to leave the rest of the dilly and busterbars for other customers. Just thought that was a bit strange to restrict my purchase of buying more. One particular young man at the counter represented poor customer service by his attitude. Maybe they were afraid they'd have to make more or reload the freezer? Not sure what his issue was but I even tried to give him the benefit of a doubt and make him smile, but no luck.”

“We ordered 4 bacon, egg and cheese bagels, plus coffee. The food came out fast, looked good, and tasted delicious. I always have good experiences at this location. The staff is friendly, and a woman in the morning always is cheerful and asks you what you are up to for the day. I like that!”

“I placed a mobile order in the parking lot, they perfectly nailed my drink on the first go, and it was done before I even walked in. Also lots of indoor and outdoor tables, good for groups of 4 or less. The layout is also very straightforward and it's easy to peruse the merchandise, the mobile orders ready to go, and the available seating as soon as you walk in.”
