We ordered on the app and picked up in the store on a Sunday afternoon/evening. There was one sandwich artist on duty to get together our 3 footlong subs, 2 made into meals, and 2 cookies. They ran out of the chosen bread for one of the subs, so they gave us 2 extra cookies for the inconvenience. I felt that was a great way to solve the dilemma.
At this location the employees seem to be very nice. Have not once messed up an order in the drive thru, nor do they ever seem impatient when it's very busy. Believe me this Subway gets busy. The only issue I have is the poor food quality, but I don't believe that it is exclusive to this location. Seems to be Subway as a whole. They revamped their menu, but the food is still very unsatisfactory. Not only that the price is crazy high for what you get, compared to other sub shops.
