Easy to order using drive-thru. Fast service. Very good iced latte. Reasonably priced.
I just had one of the best customer service experiences in recent months. I was having a hard time getting my caribou card to allow me to pay for my order in the app. The gal at the register was super helpful, reminded me of a buy one get one half off deal and was working hard to get orders out. I over heard her supporting her team and keeping them positive. I didn't catch her name but she had long blond braids in and I think her name started with an A.
