Expensive now days.Staff quality is below average.Paying via card is shady. As in, it asks for a tip and automatically adds a %. If you just keep hitting ok or next like most people do... you will unknowingly tip the "recommend" amount. This happened to me. Even being asked for a tip in this specific scenario is almost offensive in the first place... let alone the shady card machine.Parking: When busy... the parking lot gets full or nearly full. It shares parking with around 4-6 other businesses.

One employee working should never be a thing. Certain condiments completely missing. Certain bread wasnt available. Other condiments were low. Employee looked like he'd rather be killed than work there.

There were three employees, two appeared new and then the managerThe problem was the manager. Long wait because of the . Manager thought it was more important to pack cookies than help with the backlog and out of control web orders. He was supposed to ring my order up and grab few cookies and he just walked into the back for a long time. When he finally came back and got our cookies I noticed later that my cookie bag had been used as a note pad before being used for our food. As we were eating I watched the line just grow, and there appeared to be a lot of problems with pickup orders.Not a shining day for management in Circle Pines today.

waited 20 minutes to be acknowledged then was made a sub... par sandwich that i got toasted, tried it and it was cold when i got home (3 minutes away) also another guy i saw in the restaurant said he ordered his sandwiches 30 minutes ago. wasnt busy at all.
I am not usually one to complain, but this store is aweful! Incompetent employees and horrible service. It has been this way for months, I am done with it. Do yourselves a favor and go to the subway in the Walmart up the road.

People should be aware this location does not participate in discounts or coupons from the app. Customer service was about the worst I’ve ever experienced. It was over $25 for two sandwiches and some day old cookies. No drinks, no chips, nothing else.

They made the sandwiches right and worked through the line quickly. Issue was one member was in the bathroom with a friend, and the other was in back not responding to the people lining up. I stood for 8 minutes before they noticed there was a line of customers after I coughed loudly and there was 6 or 7 customers in front of me and a couple after me.

This location has been running out of bread CONSTANTLY in the past month (if not longer)! This should be a simple fix and yet it continues.
