Whopper Jr not made my way. I asked for no mayo. Didn't have time to go back, went through drive thru for a reason. Had to take top bun off to eat it.

I used the mobile app and just as I was about to submit my order it forced me to update the app. After reentering my order I arrived at the store to find both orders were put through and I was charged for both. According to the AI customer service, they are unable to issue a refund. Instead, they offered me a $15.00 credit, which expired in 30 days. I would expect better.
