Over 15 minutes from order to receiving food. Tables and floor not cleaned up. Bathroom very messy. I've been here a few times and things do not improve. 2020 Covid update: No customers inside, a single car in front of me at drive through, I sat at drive through order speaker and was told to wait a moment to order... Waited 5 minutes, car in front never moved either. They had a whole 2 customers and zero interaction. I gave up and went elsewhere. This location should just be closed, it's horrible.2024 Update: Nothing has changed, still slow and careless employees. Do not use this location unless you wish to be disappointed.

The lunch crew today were not only extremely slow and rude, they got 2/3 of my order wrong. I'd ask for my $7 back, but at this point, I will eat lunch elsewhere.The only redeeming quality about this location is their breakfast (and breakfast crew, who are actually awake and friendly in the morning).

I walked in to order a whopper meal. A young lady helped me with my order. When ordered was not asked if I was dining in or take out. The whopper meal was $9.29 and my total came to $10.48. I thought that was a lot of tax! I was planning on dining in as well. After seeing my bill she just so happened to upgrade my meal without asking, and had it as takeout! I thought ok hopefully the food will be awesome. Wrong!The lettuce and tomato were wilted and the fries were over salted. So disappointed in what Burger King has become, 20 years ago you couldn't keep me out of there with a lunch or dinner meal. It just seems this fast food chain doesn't care anymore. If that's true it's doomed. I think I'll pass on BK from now on. There are much better fast food chains out there!

WOW! I just got done ordering at Burger King at 8:50pm on Feb, 24th 2024 and the manager was so unprofessional and rude, the food was HORRIBLE! I cant believe that the owner would hire such a poor individual. To put it clearly, with employees like this, you'd be better closing your business.

Listening to drive thru lady rant about people in the drive thru aside, this location advertises tea on the menu and doesn't carry tea.Fix the menu. Or carry tea. This is why people hate burger king. There is no consistency even when it's on your menu.
Food is usually always good. Occasionally, they will run out of specific items.Employees are overall good with a few exceptions over the years.Hours? All over the place. Can never tell when they will decide to open or close any givin day in my experience.Phone app. This place shines here. Always free food to be had.Appearance? In the past, this place had issues with anything working properly and looked run down. They have since fixed a lot of issues.Parking: 20+ parking spots. Never an issue finding a spot.Kid-friendliness: Kids are always welcome.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessibility.

Honestly just carnage, the staff are running around like headless chickens. Nobody talks to anybody, there’s no synchronicity between staff in the kitchen. The store is filthy, drinks dispensers a bomb site and literally everybody’s orders come out wrong. It’s just chaos, never seen anything like it. Naturally, my order was late, wrong, undercooked and had to be binned. The manager was sat talking about other staff instead of doing anything about any of the above. ??
