KFC provides excellent customer service, thanks to its friendly and professional staff. They ensure orders are accurate and customers are satisfied. Great service has been noted, with staff acting like they enjoy their job. The food is great, not salty, and options like bowls and chicken nuggets are highly recommended. Many have mentioned that the food is fresh and hot, and the value for money is good, with meals under $10 for items like chicken strips, fries, and drinks. However, there have been some issues with order accuracy, such as missing items in specials. Despite this, the welcoming atmosphere makes KFC a great choice for a quick and enjoyable meal.
